柔性双阻带太赫兹超材料滤波器

【摘要】:提出并设计了一种极化不敏感的柔性双阻带太赫兹超材料滤波器,并采用CST 2015仿真软件对该滤波器的结构进行仿真;为深入研究超材料滤波器的传输特性,分别对该超材料滤波器在2个谐振吸收峰处的电场强度和表面电流分布进行仿真;为验证仿真结果的正确性,采用微加工工艺制备了超材料滤波器样品,使用太赫兹时域光谱系统对其传输特性进行测试。仿真结果表明:该滤波器在0.131THz和0.182THz处获得了3dB带宽分别为15GHz和10GHz的2个阻带,并且在这2个谐振频率点的传输系数S21可以达到-43.56dB和-48.76dB,表现出了良好的阻带特性;测试结果与仿真结果比较吻合。
[Abstract]:A polarization-insensitive double stop band terahertz supermaterial filter is proposed and designed, and the structure of the filter is simulated by CST 2015. The electric field intensity and surface current distribution at the two resonant absorption peaks are simulated respectively. In order to verify the correctness of the simulation results, the supermaterial filter samples are prepared by microfabrication. Terahertz time domain spectroscopy was used to test its transmission characteristics. The simulation results show that the filter has two stopbands with 3dB bandwidth of 15GHz and 10GHz at 0.131THz and 0.182THz, respectively, and the transmission coefficient S21 at these two resonant frequency points can reach -43.56dB and -48.76dB, showing good stopband characteristics. The test results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
