激光探针技术面扫描分析软件设计与实现
[Abstract]:The composition distribution of materials directly affects the quality and properties of materials, so the surface scanning analysis of materials plays an important role in improving their properties, ensuring their quality and expanding their applications. The traditional surface scanning analysis technology can not meet the real-time and on-line analysis requirements because of the shortcomings of vacuum environment, tedious sample preparation and limited sample size. The surface scanning analysis technology based on laser probe developed in recent decades is expected to overcome the above shortcomings and become a more widely used surface scan analysis technology. However, the existing laser probe technology surface scanning analysis technology has not been widely used, and the development of surface scanning analysis software is rarely reported. Based on the self-built laser probe platform, based on the Windows system, the application framework is developed by Qt, and the software of scanning and analyzing the laser probe surface is designed and implemented with C / C and Python as the development language. On this basis, the preliminary application of laser probe surface scanning analysis software is realized. The main research results are as follows: (1) the software realizes the automatic control function of the laser probe platform, including the control of each hardware device of the platform, data acquisition, storage and result display, etc. The calibration problem of the spectrometer, the key device of the platform, is solved, and the accuracy of the spectral data is guaranteed. (2) the method of scanning and analyzing the laser probe surface is designed and realized, and the panoramic technique is used to complete the shooting and display of the whole sample. By establishing the coordinate mapping relationship between the panoramic map and the actual sample, the application software of surface scanning analysis is developed. The precise location of samples and the analysis of selected areas are realized. (3) the surface of self-made samples and standard iron ore samples are analyzed by using the software. The performance of each module of the software is tested and the practicability of the software is verified. The distribution of Ca,Al,Ti and Mn elements on the surface of natural iron ore was obtained by analyzing the samples. The results show that the software developed in this paper can automatically control the laser probe platform and realize the functions of spectral data acquisition, storage and display. The surface composition distribution of the sample can be obtained by taking the panorama of the sample and scanning the selected area. The related results are expected to lay a foundation for the popularization and application of laser probe surface scanning analysis technology.
