涂覆层对长周期光纤光栅温度传感特性的影响研究

【摘要】:本文研究了光纤涂覆层对高频CO_2激光刻写的长周期光纤光栅的温度传感特性的影响,发现在50~100℃温度范围内,带涂覆层的长周期光纤光栅的温度灵敏度跟剥去涂覆层刻写的长周期光纤光栅的温度灵敏度一样,均可以达到100pm/℃。实验表明:光纤涂覆层对长周期光纤光栅的温度传感特性没有显著影响,但带涂覆层的长周期光纤光栅以其机械强度的优势更适合用在低温测量中。
