有源滤波器产品试验装置与测试方法研究

【摘要】:随着大量电力电子投入到电网中运行,电网谐波分量比例越来越大、功率因数越来越低,而且还会产生电压波动、闪变、三相不平衡等严重电能质量问题,因此谐波治理刻不容缓。谐波治理的最佳方案是在企业的厂内变电站或大型车间配电间安装使用有源电力滤波器。本文研究分析相关产品标准JB/T 11067-2011、YD/T 2323-2011、JG/T 417-2013、DL/T 1216-2013,整理出试验目的与要求。又对比分析了标准推荐的三相不控整流电路和三相全控整流电路所产生的谐波特点,发现推荐的三相不控整流电路仅有6n±1次的谐波,而三相全控整流电路的谐波则丰富很多,并且各含量比例可由触发角进行调节,因此确定本系统采用三相全控整流电路做谐波源负载。为了更好地完成有源滤波器产品试验检测,本文在研究产品技术参数和各参数试验方法的基础上,设计了一套有源电力滤波器产品自动检测系统。检测系统将试验线路、测试仪器设备、试验步骤等集中纳入自动检测系统,通过电脑界面上的设置和按钮操作完成试验,同时试验数据也由通信传上来,便于整理试验报告。最后使用该系统完成有源滤波器试验,并对试验结果进行整理评定。
[Abstract]:As a large number of power electronics are put into operation, the proportion of harmonic components in the power network becomes larger and larger, the power factor is lower and lower, and there are also serious power quality problems, such as voltage fluctuation, flicker, three-phase imbalance and so on. Therefore, harmonic management is urgent. The best way to control harmonics is to install active power filter in the substation or distribution room of large workshop. In this paper, the related product standard JB/T 11067-2011a YD / T 2323-2011 / JG / T 417-2013 DL / T 1216-2013 is analyzed, and the purpose and requirements of the test are sorted out. The harmonic characteristics of standard three-phase non-controlled rectifier circuit and three-phase full-control rectifier circuit are compared and analyzed. It is found that the recommended three-phase non-controlled rectifier circuit has only 6n 卤1 order harmonics, while the three-phase fully controlled rectifier circuit has a lot of harmonics. And the proportion of each content can be adjusted by the trigger angle, so it is determined that the three-phase full-control rectifier circuit is used as the harmonic source load. In order to complete the testing of active power filter (APF) products, a set of automatic detection system for APF products is designed based on the study of the technical parameters of the products and the test methods of each parameter. The test system integrates the test circuit, test equipment and test steps into the automatic test system, and completes the test by setting the computer interface and the operation of the button. At the same time, the test data is also transmitted from the communication to facilitate the arrangement of the test report. Finally, the system is used to complete the active filter test, and the test results are collated and evaluated.
