压接型IGBT串联技术研究
[Abstract]:In the series circuit of voltage-connected IGBT (Insulation Gate Bipolar Transistor, insulated gate bipolar transistor, this paper explores the voltage equalizing measures with strong generality, simple operation and good voltage sharing effect, and designs the drive and isolation power supply with higher isolation voltage level. These are two key problems that need to be solved at this stage. Through theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental research, this paper systematically studies the series technology of IGBT. The main work is as follows: 1. The IGBT series simulation circuit is built by using Saber software. Combined with theoretical analysis, the effects of gate drive resistance and gate drive signal on the voltage sharing of IGBT series circuit are systematically studied, and the gate drive resistance is revealed. The relationship between gate driving signal and collector voltage in IGBT turn-off stage; 2. In view of the current situation that the reference voltage waveform of active voltage control method is not easy to generate and its generality is poor, an adaptive voltage equalization method is proposed to generate the reference voltage waveform automatically. Based on the work 1, an adaptive voltage sharing circuit is built by using Saber software. The simulation results show that the adaptive equalization method has a good effect. This method does not need to set the reference voltage waveform in advance, has strong universality, convenient operation, and has a good application prospect. 3. A drive isolation power supply with 20kV isolation voltage level is designed, and a more comprehensive design method is explored for several parameters of the power supply, and the preliminary test is carried out to verify the driving isolation power supply. The experimental results show that the drive isolation power supply can meet the requirements of 20kV IGBT series circuit. 4. An experimental study on 10kV voltage-connected IGBT series voltage source converter valve is carried out. The adaptive voltage sharing circuit and the driving isolation power supply are used in the converter valve. The test results show that the adaptive voltage equalizing circuit has a good voltage equalizing effect. The driving isolation power can ensure the reliable operation of the IGBT series converter valve, which verifies the feasibility of the pressure-connected IGBT series adaptive equalization method and the drive isolation power supply.
