基于DFM考量的PCB设计软件二次开发研究和应用

【摘要】:科技飞速发展,市场竞争激烈,各类电子产品从设计到面世的周期越来越短,这就对设计和生产的一次性成功率提出了很高的要求。怎样使设计更合理?怎样使生产更顺利?这使得可制造性设计DFM(Design For Manufacturability)的理念和重要性日益突出。而现有的几款电子自动化设计EDA(Electronic Design Automatic)软件对DFM这一块考虑不够,DFM对设计人员的要求很高,几乎全凭设计人员对生产制造的理解和经验,或者需要依赖其他的DFM专业软件才能在设计阶段防止各种DFM问题的发生。本文利用现有的电子设计自动化软件,设计印刷线路板时,研究开发一些功能,使得在设计印刷线路板阶段就综合考量可制造性因素,这样避免产品的某些可制造性问题直到生产阶段才暴露。本文从丝印、测试点等方面切入,利用Cadence自带的Skill语言开发相应的DFM功能软件,用Notepad++文本编辑器编辑整理程序,然后导入Allegro软件测试其功能并优化。实际应用效果表明,本文开发的DFM功能软件能较大程度地提高产品的合格率和生产效率,为生产制造商带来可观的收益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the fierce competition in the market, the period from design to appearance of all kinds of electronic products is getting shorter and shorter, which puts forward high requirements for the one-off success rate of design and production. How to make the design more reasonable? How to make production more smooth? This makes the concept and importance of manufacturability design DFM (Design For Manufacturability) more and more prominent. However, the existing EDA (Electronic Design Automatic) software for electronic automation design does not give enough consideration to this piece of DFM. DFM has high requirements for designers, and almost all depends on the designers' understanding and experience in production and manufacturing. Or need to rely on other DFM professional software to prevent various DFM problems in the design phase. In this paper, using the existing electronic design automation software, when designing printed circuit board, some functions are researched and developed, so that in the stage of designing printed circuit board, the manufacturability factors can be considered synthetically. This prevents some manufacturing problems from being exposed until the production stage. In this paper, from the aspects of screen printing and test points, the corresponding DFM function software is developed by using the Skill language of Cadence, and the Notepad text editor is used to edit the finishing program, and then import the Allegro software to test its function and optimize it. The practical application results show that the DFM function software developed in this paper can improve the qualified rate and production efficiency of the product to a large extent and bring considerable profit to the manufacturer.
