基于第二课堂的电子技术应用型人才培养体系的构建与实践

【摘要】:企业对人才的需求使得地方本科院校必须走应用型人才培养的道路。以学生第二课堂为切入点,提出了"一个平台、两支队伍、三层次训练"的电子技术应用型人才培养体系的整体设计。从开放创新实验室软硬件建设、指导队伍建设、训练内容和指导方式制定等方面深入探讨了该培养体系构建的具体实施方案和建设内容。实践表明:通过该培养体系的实施,有效拓展了常规教学计划内的实践教学,完善了学生实践技能和专业能力训练,促进了电子技术应用型人才各项品质的提升。
[Abstract]:The demand of enterprises for talents makes local colleges and universities must take the road of cultivating applied talents. Taking the second class of students as the starting point, this paper puts forward the overall design of the training system of applied talents of electronic technology based on "one platform, two teams and three levels of training". From the aspects of software and hardware construction of open innovation laboratory, guiding team construction, training content and guidance mode, the concrete implementation scheme and construction content of the training system construction were discussed. The practice shows that through the implementation of the training system, the practical teaching in the routine teaching plan has been effectively expanded, the students' practical skills and professional ability training have been improved, and the quality of applied talents in electronic technology has been promoted.
