二维量子环中带负电荷施主杂质的非线性光学性质研究

【摘要】:本论文在有效质量近似下,应用谐振子基展开法和Talmi-Moshinsky系数研究了带负电荷(D~-)的施主量子环中电子的能级和相应的波函数表达式,以及通过对变化的外加磁场强度下系统能谱的特征曲线进行比较揭示了外加磁场对带负电的施主量子环系统能级性质的影响,最后再利用密度矩阵法根据所求的能级和波函数的解析解进一步对量子环中电子的非线性光学性质进行研究。研究发现,随着半导体量子环内的D-系统内线性和非线性极化率的改变,外部磁场的变化会在跃迁能量中引起光震荡现象。结果表明,通过改变外部磁场和半导体量子环的宽度控制D-系统的频移及线性和非线性极化率的密度。峰位和峰高在线性和非线性极化率中均出现了光震荡,意味着可以通过光学实验对D~-系统进行观测。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the energy levels and the corresponding wave function expressions of electrons in a donor quantum ring with negative charge (D-) are studied by using the harmonic oscillator base expansion method and the Talmi-Moshinsky coefficient under the effective mass approximation. The effects of the applied magnetic field on the energy level properties of the donor quantum ring system with negative charge are revealed by comparing the characteristic curves of the energy spectrum of the system under the varying external magnetic field intensity. Finally, the nonlinear optical properties of electrons in quantum rings are further studied by using the density matrix method based on the analytical solutions of the energy levels and wave functions. It is found that with the change of linear and nonlinear polarizability in the D- system in semiconductor quantum ring, the change of external magnetic field will cause light oscillation in the transition energy. The results show that the frequency shift of D- system and the density of linear and nonlinear polarizability are controlled by changing the external magnetic field and the width of semiconductor quantum ring. The peak position and peak height oscillate in both linear and nonlinear polarizability, which means that the Da-system can be observed through optical experiments.
