越底安控时基电路设计

【摘要】:为弥补经典式555时基电路存在失控的缺陷,特设计越底安控时基电路。设计方案:将上限、下限和底限电位比较电路的信号输入端并联,其3个输出端由两只电阻隔离,再将这两只电阻的串接点连接后级电位触发器的输入端。因而,越底安控时基电路既有限位控制功能,又有越底安控功能,可防负载失控,在控温、控压、定时等应用电路中,能提高安全性能,避免火灾或超压爆炸事故。所以越底安控时基电路具有重要的实用价值和社会效益。
[Abstract]:In order to remedy the defects of the classical 555 time-base circuit, the over-bottom safety control time-base circuit is designed. The design scheme: the signal input terminal of the upper limit, lower limit and bottom limit potential comparison circuit is connected in parallel, and the three output terminals are isolated by two resistors, and the two resistors are connected to the input terminal of the subsequent stage potential trigger. Therefore, the over-bottom safety control time-base circuit has both limited control function and over-bottom safety control function, which can prevent the load from getting out of control. In the application circuits such as temperature control, voltage control and timing, it can improve the safety performance and avoid fire or overpressure explosion accidents. Therefore, the circuit has important practical value and social benefit.
