导电油墨触摸屏红外控制器的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着家用电器的增多,红外遥控器的数量也随之增加,多种多样的遥控器给人们带来不便。传统的固定按键遥控器出现越来越多的缺点,例如人机交互差,硅胶式的按键容易老化,大多只能控制一种设备。导电油墨触摸屏红外控制器克服了上述缺点,该控制器能够控制多种设备,且易于操作。同时电容式触摸屏是一种新型的人机交互方式,满足人们对于舒适度的要求。本文设计了一种基于触摸屏交互方式的红外控制器。论文首先对控制器所实现的功能进行介绍,根据所实现的功能提出设计需求。设计需求由硬件平台和系统软件两部分组成。该控制器硬件平台部分采用高性能嵌入式芯片HAV1007作为主控芯片,通过主控芯片控制数据的采集、动作判断、红外信号的发射。系统软件部分包括软件框架、主体程序设计和控制逻辑和算法。其中控制逻辑和算法部分主要由数字识别、手指动作状态机、红外键值的存储和读取三部分组成。经过测试控制器可控制多种设备,拥有鼠标、滑动、数字三种模式,并最终生产出系统稳定、操作性性能良好的样机。
[Abstract]:With the increase of household appliances, the number of infrared remote control also increases, a variety of remote control brings inconvenience to people. The traditional fixed-button remote control has more and more shortcomings, such as poor human-computer interaction, silicone-type buttons easy to aging, most of them can only control one device. Conductive ink touch screen infrared controller overcomes the above shortcomings, the controller can control a variety of devices, and easy to operate. At the same time, capacitive touch screen is a new type of man-machine interaction, which meets people's requirements for comfort. In this paper, an infrared controller based on touch screen interaction is designed. Firstly, the function of the controller is introduced, and the design requirement is put forward according to the function of the controller. The design requirements are composed of hardware platform and system software. In the hardware platform of the controller, the high performance embedded chip HAV1007 is used as the main control chip. The data acquisition, motion judgment and infrared signal emission are controlled by the main control chip. The system software includes software framework, main program design and control logic and algorithm. The control logic and algorithm are mainly composed of digital recognition, finger action state machine, storage and reading of infrared key value. After testing the controller can control a variety of devices, with mouse, sliding, digital three modes, and finally produced a stable system, good operational performance of the prototype.
