基于微流控芯片的量子点生物标记研究
[Abstract]:Microfluidic chip is a kind of microfluidic chip, which integrates the basic functions of biochemistry into a small platform, showing the advantages of portability, low cost, low environmental pollution, flexible channel design, high integration and multifunction. It provides a more convenient way for the study of chemistry and biology. In this paper, the experimental study of quantum dot biomarker based on microfluidic chip is carried out, and the fabrication of microfluidic chip and the application of quantum dot biomarker are studied. Firstly, the velocity field under different channel structure dimensions of microchannel is simulated and analyzed by COMSOL multi-physical field software, and the microchannel size suitable for cell culture is obtained, and then the microfluidic chip is fabricated and modified on the surface. Changing the surface hydrophobicity of the substrate material makes it suitable for adherent cell culture and realizes its biological function. Finally, the ternary quantum dots (Cu In S2) modified with folic acid are combined with the characteristics of low toxicity, good biocompatibility, unoverlapping spectra and easy detection of fluorescence signals, so that the biomarker of QDs on the chip is realized. By combining microfluidic chip with ternary quantum dot, the sample consumption is less, the quantitative analysis can be realized, and the detection sensitivity of quantum dot labeling can be improved. It can be seen that the application of microfluidic chip in quantum dot fluorescence labeling has a wide prospect.
