LD泵浦板条Nd:YAG激光器的研究
[Abstract]:Laser diode (LD) pumped lath solid-state laser has the advantages of simple structure, stable performance, high pump conversion efficiency, high peak power and narrow pulse width. It has been used in national defense industry, laser communication and radar detection. Medical devices, industrial production and information processing have been widely used. In this paper, the research status and typical pump structure of lath laser at home and abroad are reviewed, the characteristics of Nd:YAG crystal, cavity theory and passive Q-switching theory are introduced, and the mechanism of waste heat generation of lath laser is described. The temperature field distribution in lath laser crystal pumped by LD is calculated and simulated by ANSYS finite element analysis software. The effects of output mirror transmittance, pump frequency and pump pulse width on the wide pulse output of lath laser are studied by using pulse LD array side pumping mode. The passive Q-switched output is realized by inserting Cr4: YAG crystal with different small signal transmittance into the cavity of pulse laser. The effects of pump energy, transmission rate of output mirror and pump pulse width on the output characteristics of passive Q-switching are studied. The characteristics of passively Q-switched output pulse under different pump intensities are discussed in detail. When the transmittance of the output mirror is 20%, the pump frequency is 30Hz, the pump pulse width is 300 渭 s and the pump current is 200A, the laser output with wide pulse energy of 89.1mJ is obtained. After passively Q-switching, the monopulse energy is 5.25mJ, the pulse width is 38Ns, and the peak power is 1.382kW.
