基于耦合模理论的强阻带抑制带通滤波器设计
[Abstract]:In order to realize the signal transmission and reception isolation between adjacent channels in the radio-frequency transceiver system, a microstrip band-pass filter with strong stop-band rejection is designed by using the time-domain coupling mode theory. The filter is composed of one odd-even dual-mode micro-strip resonance unit and one even-mode micro-strip resonance unit, and the three resonance modes are mutually coupled, and one transmission zero point is formed at the low-frequency side of the pass band, and two transmission zeros are formed on the high-frequency side. A higher frequency selectivity and an in-band flatness can be achieved, and stronger stop-band suppression is achieved on the high-frequency side of the pass band. Taking the three-mode coupled microstrip band-pass filter of the C-band as an example, the filtering characteristic of the filter is accurately calculated by the time-domain coupling mode theory, and the coupling relation between the various resonance modes is obtained. And the filter design of the filter meeting the coupling relation is completed by the electromagnetic simulation of the characteristic mode. The filter is processed and tested in kind. The result of the test is in good agreement with the theoretical calculation results. The results show that the filter can be effectively applied to the isolation between the transceiver channels of the RF transceiver system. The time-domain coupled mode theory can realize the high-efficiency design of the multi-mode coupling filter, and can quickly obtain the filtering characteristic required by the system.
