成骨细胞钙响应在稳恒、脉冲流体中的实时检测和研究(英文)

利用微流控剪切力芯片系统为原代成骨细胞提供准确可控的流体剪切力(Fss)刺激.实时监控成骨细胞钙信号在稳恒、脉冲流体作用下的变化,通过改变刺激强度、刺激时间、重复次数来研究成骨细胞对外部力学条件的准确感知和响应.实验结果表明:稳恒剪切力诱导的胞内钙响应曲线明显包含两个区间:钙峰区和平台区.钙峰区对力学强度敏感,而平台区对刺激时间敏感.在多次脉冲流体刺激下,钙响应随着重复次数逐步衰减,其衰减速度与刺激间隔时间成反比.
