一种Eu 3+ 、Si 4+ 和Li + 共掺杂红色荧光粉的制备(英文)

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一种Ca0.5Mo0.96O4∶0.25Eu3+、0.04Si4+、0.25Li+红色荧光粉,并使用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和荧光光谱仪对其结构、形貌和发光性能进行了表征和研究。结果表明Ca0.5Mo0.96O4∶0.25Eu3+,0.04Si4+,0.25Li+红色荧光粉可以在395、466和537 nm处同步激发,最佳的激发波长为绿光537 nm,主要的红色发射峰位于618 nm。红色荧光粉最佳的退火温度和Eu3+掺杂量分别为800℃和0.25 mol,相较于未掺杂Si4+和Li+的红色荧光粉,发射强度可以提高8倍。这种红色荧光粉可以应用到白光发光二极管(LED)中,因为它分别在近紫外光、蓝光和绿光或它们的混合光的...
