济南市兴隆片区(石灰岩山丘区)开发中地下水保护与修复研究

【摘要】:随着社会和国民经济建设飞速发展、人口的迅速膨胀和城镇化范围不断扩大,需水要求急剧增加,而地下水作为城市重要水源更加凸显重要性。在过去城市开发的过程中,往往因为片面地强调获取经济效益和忽视生态效益,造成水土流失严重,对生态环境也造成严重破坏。揭示城市开发建设与地下水相互影响的规律,缓解城市开发与地下水环境之间的矛盾以实现其可持续发展,成为全球性的重要研究课题。济南地区地下水系统由于补给减少、水量超采、水质污染等原因,其自然生态平衡状态受到较严重破坏,也威胁到泉群的正常喷涌和城市的供水安全。兴隆片区属石灰岩山丘区,是济南南部山区重要的生态和水源涵养区、泉水直接补给区。兴隆强渗漏带是距离趵突泉等四大泉群直线距离最近、面积最大的强渗漏带。兴隆片区开发规划将对地下水补给产生巨大影响,如何进行该片区的低影响开发和开展地下水保护修复是该区水资源可持续利用和地下水环境保护的一项亟待研究的课题。本文对该片区地下水保护与修复进行系统的研究,并提出可行措施抵消不利影响。本次研究以地表径流量和入渗补给量作为两个重要评价指标,主要采用定性、定量相结合方法采用经验和基本公式计算论证规划对地下水的影响,并采用数量研究法和描述性研究法对计算数据进行分析比较提出相应促渗措施。本文首先进行研究区概况与现状评价,分析得出研究区生态现状、存在问题,以及本项目研究的必要性。其次进行研究区原规划对地下水补给的影响评价。片区开发对地下水的综合影响通过不利影响和有利影响两方面进行分析。片区开发对地下水入渗补给的影响以地表径流量和入渗补给量作为指标,主要内容包括对强渗漏带内地下水入渗补给影响和对兴隆片区内地下水入渗补给的影响。进而针对影响评价的结果进行规划调整、提出研究区促渗措施和研究区所在流域综合促渗补偿措施,进行措施实施后对地下水补给的影响预测。通过以上地下水保护和修复措施和措施实施后预测结果总结归纳,得出研究成果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and national economy, the rapid expansion of population and the expansion of urbanization, the demand for water is increasing rapidly, and the importance of groundwater as an important source of water in cities is becoming more and more important. Often because of one-sided emphasis on obtaining economic benefits and neglecting ecological benefits, soil and water loss is serious and ecological environment is also seriously damaged. The law of interaction between urban development and construction and groundwater is revealed. To alleviate the contradiction between urban development and groundwater environment in order to realize its sustainable development has become an important research topic in the world. The groundwater system in Jinan area is due to the reduction of recharge, over-exploitation of water quantity, pollution of water quality, and so on. Its natural ecological balance has been seriously destroyed, and it also threatens the normal spout of spring group and the safety of water supply in the city. The Xinglong region is a limestone hilly area and an important ecological and water conservation area in the southern mountainous area of Jinan. Direct recharge of spring water. Xinglong strong leakage zone is the strongest leakage zone with the largest area and straight line distance from the four major spring groups such as Baotu Spring. The development planning of the Xinglong region will have a great impact on groundwater recharge. How to carry out low impact development and groundwater protection and restoration in this area is an urgent task for the sustainable utilization of water resources and the protection of groundwater environment in this area. This paper makes a systematic study on the protection and restoration of groundwater in this area. And put forward feasible measures to counteract the adverse effects. In this study, surface runoff and infiltration recharge are taken as two important evaluation indexes, mainly qualitative. The effects of planning on groundwater are calculated by means of experience and basic formulas in combination with quantitative analysis. The quantitative research method and descriptive research method are used to analyze and compare the calculated data, and the corresponding measures to promote seepage are put forward. Firstly, the general situation and current situation of the research area are evaluated, and the ecological status quo of the research area is analyzed. And the necessity of this project. Secondly, the impact evaluation of the original planning of the study area on groundwater recharge is carried out. The comprehensive impact of the area development on groundwater is analyzed from two aspects: adverse effect and favorable impact. The influence of groundwater infiltration and recharge is based on the surface runoff and infiltration recharge. The main contents include the influence of groundwater infiltration recharge in strong seepage zone and the influence on groundwater infiltration recharge in Xinglong region. This paper puts forward the measures to promote seepage in the study area and the comprehensive measures to promote and compensate the seepage in the river basin of the study area, and forecasts the effects of the measures on groundwater recharge after the implementation of the measures, and summarizes the results of the prediction after the above measures and measures of groundwater protection and restoration are carried out. The results of the research are obtained.
