基于云环境的岩石地球化学图解服务平台搭建

【摘要】:在地质调查过程中,地质工作者经常采用地球化学数据的处理结果来进行岩石成分、大地构造等环境问题的研究,然而地球化学数据量大、种类繁多,各研究机构又独自存储和管理,对设备需求量极大,且易造成信息孤岛。地球化学数据通常利用岩石地球化学图解来进行分析和处理,但是图解资料分散、格式多样、精确度不高等问题也为地质研究工作带来了极大的不便。云计算技术的海量数据处理、大规模计算、系统设备投入少、维护简单等优势为地质研究工作提供了新的工作思路和出路。本研究以云计算技术为基础,以岩石地球化学图解服务为研究对象,通过对国内外研究现状的分析和问题总结,提出了对基于云环境的岩石地球化学图解服务平台搭建的研究。在平台架构设计方面,将其按服务类型划分为虚拟化设施层、云图解平台服务层和云图解应用服务层三个层面,虚拟化设置层的搭建为平台提供了硬件环境支撑。在数据管理方面,收集整理岩石地球化学图解资料,由专家确认其准确性并对其进行种类划分。在云图解应用服务层设计方面,根据岩石地球化学数据处理流程,将岩石地球化学图解服务平台中的服务划分为图解基础服务和图解计算服务等,明确了需求和功能划分。针对岩石地球化学图解的绘制特点,采用MSChart技术来提高图解绘制精度;定义了图解的数据模式,采用XSD技术定义和存储图解基本信息,便于平台间的数据交换。搭建基于云环境的岩石地球化学图解服务平台,在一定程度上弥补了当前地球化学研究数据共享方面的空白,实现了用户间的数据交流,消除了数据冗余,减少了计算和存储资源的浪费,对当前的地球化学研究具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:In the process of geological survey, geologists often use the results of geochemical data processing to study environmental problems such as rock composition, geotectonics, etc. Each research organization has its own storage and management, which is in great demand for equipment and easy to cause information isolated islands. Geochemical data are usually analyzed and processed by rock geochemical diagrams, but the graphical data are scattered and have various formats. Problems such as low accuracy also bring great inconvenience to geological research work. Cloud computing technology for massive data processing, large-scale computing, system equipment investment less, The advantages of maintaining simplicity provide a new way for geological research. This study is based on cloud computing technology, and takes the service of rock geochemistry as the research object, through the analysis and summary of the current research situation at home and abroad. In the aspect of platform architecture design, it is divided into three layers according to service type: virtualization facility layer, cloud diagram platform service layer and cloud diagram application service layer. The construction of virtualization setup layer provides the hardware environment support for the platform. In the aspect of data management, we collect and sort out the lithogeochemical graphic data, Experts confirm its accuracy and classify it. In cloud diagram application service layer design, according to the process of processing rock geochemistry data, The services in the lithochemical graphic service platform are divided into graphic basic services and graphical computing services, and the requirements and functions of the services are defined. According to the drawing characteristics of the lithochemical diagrams, the MSChart technique is adopted to improve the accuracy of graphic rendering. The schematic data pattern is defined, and the basic information of diagram is defined and stored by XSD technology, which is convenient for data exchange between platforms. To some extent, it makes up the gap in data sharing in current geochemical research, realizes the data exchange among users, eliminates the data redundancy, and reduces the waste of computing and storage resources. It is of great significance to present geochemical research.
