邮储银行抚顺矿业集团贷款项目风险管理研究

【摘要】：邮储银行在香港成功上市以来,更加注重多元化业务发展,大力支持地方经济建设,与各地方政府、大型国有企业进行多边合作,提供全方位的金融服务,助力地方经济发展。邮储银行抚顺分行以振兴东北老工业基地为契机,响应国家战略部署,为地方大型工业企业提供资金支持,同时为开拓大公司业务板块,寻找新的利润增长点,在项目开发过程中针对各种不确定性风险的发生,进行了深入的分析,提出了各项措施来防范资金风险的发生,确保我行贷款资金安全,同时为企业提供全方位金融服务,为企业健康良性发展提供建议。文章主体主要包括三个部分:首先,通过对抚顺矿业集团的企业背景及核心竞争力进行简要介绍,进而对抚顺矿业集团贷款项目进行了风险评价,分析指出该项业务可能存在的风险点;其次,通过对企业的整体评估,分析出该项目贷款存在的风险点,并对风险点进行深入的分析,主要从企业外部原因、企业内部及企业财务状况三个方面进行风险成因剖析;最后,结合目前我行的相关管理制度,对存在的风险点,提出防范风险的具体措施,分别叙述了项目贷款的非可控性风险防范措施、项目贷款的可控性风险防范措施、邮储银行对企业经营风险的角度及邮储银行自控层面四个角度提出出相关的风险防范措施。文章以经济管理学理论为指导,所涉及到的具体研究方法主要是采用定性和定量相结合的分析方法,用文字描述发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的过程和思路,并配以相应的表格和图片使说明尽可能生动、易于理解,使整个授信过程能够一目了然;以及采用实证研究分析方法,即以我行对抚顺矿业集团项目贷业务的主体介绍两种方法交替使用来对信贷风险控制进行分析说明。
[Abstract]:Since its successful listing in Hong Kong, the Postal savings Bank has paid more attention to diversified business development, vigorously supported local economic construction, carried out multilateral cooperation with local governments and large state-owned enterprises, provided all-round financial services, and helped local economic development. The Postal savings Bank Fushun Branch takes the opportunity of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, responds to the national strategic arrangements, provides financial support to large local industrial enterprises, and seeks new profit growth points for developing the business sectors of large companies. In view of the occurrence of various uncertain risks in the process of project development, this paper makes a thorough analysis, and puts forward various measures to prevent the occurrence of capital risks, to ensure the safety of the bank's loan funds, and to provide all-round financial services for enterprises. To provide suggestions for the healthy development of enterprises. The main body of this paper includes three parts: firstly, the enterprise background and core competitiveness of Fushun Mining Group are briefly introduced, and then the risk evaluation of Fushun Mining Group loan project is carried out. Secondly, through the overall evaluation of the enterprise, the risk point of the project loan is analyzed, and the risk point is deeply analyzed, mainly from the external reasons of the enterprise. The causes of risk are analyzed in three aspects: internal and financial status of enterprises. Finally, combined with the relevant management system of our bank, specific measures to prevent risks are put forward to the existing risk points. This paper respectively describes the non-controllable risk prevention measures of project loans, the perspective of postal savings bank on the operating risk of enterprises and the self-control level of postal savings bank, and puts forward the relevant risk prevention measures. Under the guidance of the theory of economic management, the specific research methods involved are mainly using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, describing and finding problems with words, analyzing problems, and solving the process and ideas of problems. With corresponding tables and pictures to make the instructions as vivid as possible, easy to understand, so that the entire credit process can be clear at a glance; and the use of empirical research and analysis methods, That is to introduce the main body of the project loan business of Fushun Mining Group in order to analyze and explain the credit risk control by using the two methods alternately.
