三道湾子金矿三维可视化模型的建立及应用研究

【摘要】:随着计算机的升级和三维可视化技术的快速发展,以及“数字矿山”概念普及推广,矿山三维可视化建模技术受到了普遍重视,矿山三维可视化建模技术应用已成为实现矿山企业安全高效生产和科学管理的有力举措。本文基于Surpac矿业工程软件,在收集整理了三道湾子金矿地质资料基础上,研究并构建了三道湾子金矿钻孔数据库、地表模型、实体模型、巷道模型和块体模型等,并对三道湾子金矿三维可视化建模技术开展了应用研究。本文研究的主要工作和获取到的成果如下:1、收集并且整理了三道湾子金矿采场的原始数据资料,包括采场范围内地理、地质概况,矿区矿床特征等,加工处理了采场内各个勘探面的纸图与原始CAD电子图件,通过重建与优化处理,为采场的模型建立打下了基础。2、分析研究了三道湾子金矿区的地表情况、钻孔资料和实际开采情况,创建了三道湾子地质数据表,主要包括collar(钻孔开口信息表)、survery(钻孔测斜信息表)、岩性表(钻孔各分段地质岩性信息表)和化验表(钻孔各分段的采样品位表)四个数据表。结合Surpac软件,提出了三维地质建模的方法和流程,建立了三道湾子金矿采场范围内的钻孔数据库,研究了钻孔数据库的三维可视化显示,从而形象直观获取金等元素的空间品位分布和变化规律情况。3、以Surpac软件为工具,创建了三道湾子金矿的地表模型、实体模型和巷道模型。在地表方面,利用等高线方法构建了三道湾子金矿的地表模型。在矿体方面,通过分析和研究实体模型的建模方法和流程,构建了三道湾子金矿实体模型等。通过实体模型的建立,可以形象直观的了解三道湾子金矿的各个矿体的几何分布情况,为三道湾子金矿进行生产计划和管理提供了科学依据。4、运用Surpac软件创建了三道湾子金矿的块体模型,对块体模型进行赋值,除直接赋值外,更重要是采用距离幂次反比法进行品位插值,并按照约束条件进行品位属性显示等。通过创建块体模型也为三道湾子金矿进行储量估算创造了条件。三道湾子金矿三维可视化模型创建后,矿体的形态以及品位的分布能够较为清楚的掌握,这对三道湾子金矿合理的采矿设计、开发资源、提高矿山经济效益都起到了非常重要的作用,也对其他金属矿山的三维可视化建设起到了示范带动作用。
[Abstract]:With the upgrading of computer and the rapid development of 3D visualization technology, and the popularization of the concept of "digital mine", 3D visualization modeling technology of mine has been paid more and more attention. The application of 3D visualization modeling technology has become a powerful measure to realize safe and efficient production and scientific management of mine enterprises. Based on the Surpac mining engineering software, based on the geological data of Sandaowanzi Gold Mine, this paper studies and constructs the drilling database, surface model, solid model, roadway model and block model of Sandaowanzi Gold Mine. The 3D visual modeling technology of Sandaowanzi Gold Mine is studied. The main work and results obtained in this paper are as follows: 1. The original data of Sandaowanzi gold mining stope are collected and sorted out, including stope geography, geological profile, ore deposit characteristics, etc. The paper map and the original CAD electronic map of each exploration surface in the mining site were processed and processed. Through reconstruction and optimization treatment, the foundation of the model building of the stope was laid, and the surface condition of the Sandaowanzi gold mining area was analyzed and studied. Borehole data and actual mining conditions have created the Sandaowanzi geological data sheet, It mainly includes four data tables: borehole opening information table, lithology table (borehole sublevel geological lithology information table) and laboratory test table (borehole sampling grade table). Combined with Surpac software, the method and flow of 3D geological modeling are put forward, the borehole database in the stope of Sandaowanzi Gold Mine is established, and the 3D visualization of borehole database is studied. Thus, the spatial grade distribution and variation law of gold and other elements are obtained visually. The surface model, solid model and roadway model of Sandaowanzi Gold Mine are established with Surpac software as a tool. On the surface, the surface model of Sandaowanzi Gold Mine is constructed by contour method. In ore body, the solid model of Sandaowanzi Gold Mine is constructed by analyzing and studying the modeling method and flow of entity model. Through the establishment of solid model, the geometric distribution of each orebody in Sandaowanzi Gold Mine can be visualized and intuitively understood. This paper provides a scientific basis for the production planning and management of Sandaowanzi Gold Mine. Using Surpac software, the block model of Sandaowanzi Gold Mine is created, and the block model is assigned, except for the direct assignment. It is more important to use the distance power inverse ratio method to interpolate the grade and display the grade attribute according to the constraint conditions. The establishment of block model also creates conditions for reserve estimation of Sandaowanzi gold deposit. After the 3D visualization model of Sandaowanzi gold deposit is established, the shape and grade distribution of ore body can be clearly grasped, which is reasonable for the mining design and exploitation resources of Sandaowanzi gold mine. The improvement of mine economic benefits has played a very important role in the construction of 3D visualization of other metal mines.
