西藏有色金属矿产资源整合与开发策略研究

【摘要】:随着我国有色金属矿产资源在经济和社会发展中的基础作用越来越凸显,结合西藏矿产资源丰富、资源禀赋性好这一优势,国家和自治区对有色金属矿产资源的整合和开发提出了一系列的政策,为西藏矿产业带来了重大发展机遇。 西藏的有色金属矿产资源作为国内矿产资源最为丰富的地区之一,对西藏有色金属矿产资源整合与开发进行研究,有助于西藏有色金属矿产资源整合与开发找出有效的对策和建议,这对于指导全省矿产资源的开发与利用,增加矿产资源利用率,促进西藏有色金属矿产业以及相关产业的快速发展,进而维护我国有色金属矿产资源的安全都具有十分重要的意义。 本文广泛搜集大量的理论文献,进行理论研究。基于西藏有色金属矿产资源在整合和开发过程中存在许多问题的客观事实,本着理论与实际相结合的研究方法,在实践中提出问题,在理论研究中解决实际问题。以西藏有色金属矿产资源作为研究对象,深入客观的分析了西藏有色金属矿产资源的内外部环境,有色金属矿产资源整合与开发的现状和存在问题,并在此基础上提出了西藏有色金属矿产资源整合与开发的对策建议。通过对西藏有色金属矿产资源整合和开发策略进行研究,可有效指导全省矿产资源的开发与利用,有助于西藏有色金属矿产资源在未来的发展中明确发展目标、方向及发展路径,从而缓解国家资源瓶颈压力,同时为西藏推进工业化提供持久高效的资源保障和发展动力。
[Abstract]:As the basic role of non-ferrous metal mineral resources in economic and social development becomes more and more prominent in China, combined with the advantages of rich mineral resources and good endowment of resources in Tibet, The state and autonomous region have put forward a series of policies on the integration and development of nonferrous metal mineral resources, which has brought great opportunities for the development of Tibet's mineral industry. As one of the most abundant mineral resources in China, non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet have been studied on the integration and development of non-ferrous metals mineral resources in Tibet. It will help to find effective countermeasures and suggestions for the integration and development of non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet, which will guide the development and utilization of mineral resources in the whole province and increase the utilization rate of mineral resources. It is of great significance to promote the rapid development of non-ferrous metal ore industry and related industries in Tibet and to maintain the safety of non-ferrous metal mineral resources in China. This paper collects a large number of theoretical documents and carries out theoretical research. Based on the objective fact that there are many problems in the process of integration and development of non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet, in the light of the research method of combining theory with practice, the problems are put forward in practice, and the practical problems are solved in theoretical research. Taking the non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet as the research object, the internal and external environment of the non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet, the present situation and existing problems of the integration and development of the non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet are analyzed objectively and deeply. On this basis, the countermeasures and suggestions for the integration and development of nonferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet are put forward. By studying the integration and development strategy of non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet, we can effectively guide the development and utilization of mineral resources in the whole province, and help to define the development objectives of non-ferrous metals mineral resources in Tibet in the future. The direction and path of development can relieve the pressure of national resource bottleneck and provide lasting and efficient resource guarantee and development power for promoting industrialization in Tibet at the same time.
