微柱形聚焦电阻率测井仪电路研究

【摘要】:微柱形聚焦电阻率测井仪是一种测量侵入带电阻率的仪器。其主要作用是进行浅探测,它的测量准确度更高,估算地层能力更强,适合探测渗透性地层。本文在对比传统的电法测井方式的基本原理以及优缺点的基础上,结合国内外技术背景,介绍了微柱形聚焦测井方式的历史发展与国内外研究现状,说明了该项目研究的必要性,对其技术上存在的难题进行了详细说明和分析。目前国内的微柱形聚焦电阻率测井方式的研究还处于相对落后的阶段,没有在实际应用中普及,与国外先进的聚焦电阻率测量仪器相比还存在较大差距。因此,打破目前国内没有相关可靠技术,自主研制具备国际竞争力的微柱形聚焦电阻率测量仪器是一项非常重要的任务。本文完成了微柱形聚焦电阻率测井电路系统的设计与实验工作;设计了针对我国地层情况的微柱形聚焦电阻率测量电路的模拟系统的总体功能构架与解决方案;考虑到井下探头内部空间有限、供电有限、需要多路测量参数,以及实际地层阻抗不稳定等问题,专门设计了适应井下环境的长条形布局的低功耗电路板和基于单片机MSP430的5路测量电路,实现了系统的稳定工作和电阻率参数的有效测量;设计了聚焦电阻率模块电路完成聚焦功能以及保证了电信号穿过需要测量的地层和测量数据的正确性;在水中和模拟井中进行了电信号发射系统和测量系统的相关现场实验,实验结果表示该电路性能稳定可靠,可以实现要求的功能,并且满足了预期的技术指标要求,为将来在实际应用中普及打下了良好的基础。
[Abstract]:Microcylindrical focusing resistivity logging tool is a tool for measuring the resistivity of intrusive zone. Its main function is to conduct shallow detection, it has higher measuring accuracy and stronger ability of estimating stratum, so it is suitable for detecting permeable strata. On the basis of comparing the basic principles, advantages and disadvantages of the traditional electric logging methods, and combining with the technical background at home and abroad, this paper introduces the historical development and the present research situation of the microcylindrical focusing logging methods at home and abroad. The necessity of this project is explained, and the technical problems are explained and analyzed in detail. At present, the research of microcylindrical focused resistivity logging is still relatively backward, which is not popularized in practical application. Compared with the advanced focused resistivity measurement instruments abroad, there is still a big gap. Therefore, it is a very important task to develop an internationally competitive micro-column focusing resistivity measuring instrument. In this paper, the design and experimental work of the microcylindrical focusing resistivity logging circuit system is completed, and the overall functional framework and solution of the microcylindrical focusing resistivity measurement circuit simulation system for the formation situation in China are designed. Considering the limited internal space of the underground probe, the limited power supply, the need for multiple measurement parameters, and the instability of the actual formation impedance, The low power circuit board and the five-way measuring circuit based on single-chip computer MSP430 are specially designed to adapt to the long strip layout in the downhole environment. The stable operation of the system and the effective measurement of the resistivity parameters are realized. The focusing resistivity module circuit is designed to complete the focusing function and to ensure the accuracy of the electrical signal passing through the stratum and the measured data. The field experiments of the electric signal transmitting system and the measuring system are carried out in water and in the simulation well. The experimental results show that the circuit is stable and reliable, can achieve the required function, and meets the expected technical requirements. It will lay a good foundation for popularizing in practical application in the future.
