伊春友好区污水治理项目地质灾害危险性研究

【摘要】:伊春市友好区城市排水及污水治理项目位于友好区建成区南2000m处,行政区划属于友好区管辖。地理坐标为东经128°51′14.44″-128°51′06.44″,北纬47°48′44.37″-47°48′48.99″之间,伊春市友好区城市排水及污水治理工程规模初步确定为7500m3/d;至2020年污水管道及污水处理厂工程规模均确定为15000m3/d,占地面积为1.26hm2。研究区所处地貌单元为泥砂质河谷平原,地势较低平,起伏不明显,地面标高在232-233m,为地质灾害可能发育区域,对该项目及当地居民正常的生产和生活产生威胁,成为该项目安全建设的一大隐患。 作者在充分收集前人已有资料的基础上,进行了详细的野外地质灾害调查工作。通过对地质环境条件基本特征及建设项目工程特点综合分析,确定评估等级,划定研究范围,开展地质灾害调查,,有针对性的对本区发育的地质灾害及不良地质现象进行现状及预测评估,最后在现状和预测评估的基础上,进行综合研究,对工程建设场地适宜性作出评估,提出防治措施建议。研究结果为工程项目设计、施工及运营的防灾减灾提供了科学依据,为建设工程立项征地审批办理有关手续提供了基础资料。对于伊春友好区的排水项目建设有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Yichun city drainage and sewage treatment project is located at 2000m south of the building area of Yichun city, and the administrative division belongs to the jurisdiction of Yichun district. The geographical coordinates are between 128 掳51 "14.44" -128 掳51 "06.44" E and 47 掳48 "44.37" -47 掳48 48 "48.99" north latitude. The scale of the municipal drainage and sewage treatment project in Yichun City is determined to be 7500 m3 / d; By 2020, the scale of the sewerage pipeline and sewage treatment plant will be 15000m3 / d, covering an area of 1.26hm2. The geomorphologic unit of the study area is the muddy valley plain, which is relatively low and flat, and the surface elevation is 232-233 m, which is the potential development area of geological hazards, which threatens the project and the normal production and life of the local residents. It has become a hidden danger in the safety construction of the project. On the basis of collecting the existing data, the author carried out detailed field geological hazard investigation. Through the comprehensive analysis of the basic characteristics of geological environment conditions and construction projects, the evaluation grade is determined, the scope of research is delimited, and the geological hazard investigation is carried out. The present situation and prediction of geological hazards and bad geological phenomena developed in this area are evaluated. Finally, on the basis of the present situation and prediction evaluation, comprehensive research is carried out to evaluate the suitability of engineering construction sites. Suggestions for prevention and control measures are put forward. The results provide a scientific basis for the design, construction and operation of engineering projects, and provide basic data for the approval and processing of land requisition for construction projects. For Yichun friendly area drainage project construction has certain reference significance.
