中巴经济走廊项目(CPEC)—巴基斯坦吉尔吉特伯尔蒂斯坦水文地质灾害评估

  本研究提出了一种基于GIS的风险评估模型,用于在中巴经济走廊项目(CPEC)中,估算巴基斯坦Hunza盆地的水文地质灾害风险。本论文分析了五项影响水文地质灾害的因素:1)河流洪水;2)冰川湖突出洪水(GLOF);3)山体滑坡;4)大量运动(泥石流和岩坠)和;5)冰雪融化和降雨(?)流。CPEC项目评估内容包括:喀喇昆仑山公路(喀喇昆仑公路)、石油、天然气管道、铁路轨道和光纤。风险评估的方法首先是利用ArcGIS进行数值建模和映射,对各个危害程度和强度进行评估;其次,借助ArcGIS工具,利用各类灾害图层得到风险图层。将风险图层作为输入图层,和Hunza流域盆地的风险图层一起输入到风险评估模型中。结合危险因素、脆弱性和风险要素之间的经验关系,获得Hunza流域盆地综合风险评估图。本论文按风险级别,将Hunza流域盆地的风险结果分为四个等级,分别是非常低、低、高和非常高。在最后得到的Hunza流域盆地风险结果图中,非常低、低、高和非常高的风险分别对应的覆盖面积为2.2%(295 km2),28.77%(13412 km2),53.08%(7120 km2)和 15.92%(2136 km2...
