气候变化和污染影响下尼日尔盆地地下水水质成因、演化及开发利用

  地下水是经济和社会发展的重要资源,也是研究区人口的主要饮用水资源。研究区年人口增长率为3%,所以对地下水的需求量也逐年增长,严重影响了研究区地下水的水质和水量。地下水水质的降低是由于人类活动和缺乏环境保护政策所造成的。目前,不受控制的城市化、工业活动、农业和矿产活动正在破坏研究区内的水资源。农业活动是该地区的主要活动之一,导致大量的矿物肥料和农药渗入到地下水中。其次,矿业活动以及不受控制的传统淘金也是近年来研究区内正在蓬勃发展的产业,对于环境保护来说,这是一场真正的生态灾难和挑战。事实上,这些活动在没有任何修复措施的情况下产生了大量的可回收和不可回收的垃圾。据报道,许多采矿作业区域的地下水均受到了铅,镉,氰化物,铬,汞和砷等重金属的污染。除了多源污染之外,研究区的气候变化也是对水资源的一大严重威胁。研究区的地下水储量很大,但在目前的气候条件影响下,地下水的开采已经不能满足不同目的供水需求。对研究区内钻孔进行观测,结果表明,近十年来地下水枯竭的趋势越来越明显,这可能是气候变化的后果之一。本研究利用DRASTIC模型对地下水的脆弱性进行了探讨,以评估潜在的地下水污染区域。通过硝酸盐证实了生...
