【摘要】:为了科学有效的对耕地资源进行管理,全面摸清县域内耕地的“质”和“量”的变化情况与转移趋势,保证耕地资源管理的有效性、现势性和前瞻性。进行县级耕地自然质量等别更新评价十分必要,对耕地质量管理建设和耕地保护工作具有重要意义。目前县域内的耕地质量评价一般都是根据《农用地分等定级规程》中所规范认可的方法进行评价,这些评价大多采用的是层次分析法或者主成分分析法进行的,指标因子的确定和因子权重的确定具有相当强的人为主观性,造成评价结果的可靠性得不到保证。为此,本文通过引入GIS技术和灰色系统理论,研究建立基于GIS和GRA模型的耕地自然质量评价方法,并以江西省弋阳县为例进行实证研究。本文应用灰度关联分析建模的方法对耕地自然质量进行评价。评价前首先综述了国内外研究现状以及进行相关理论研究,确立了本次课题的理论依据和指导思想。其次,收集实验所需资料,利用ArcGIS、MAPGIS、Microsoft Excel等软件建立了评价基础数据库为实验的开始做充分的准备。然后通过构建灰色关联分析的耕地自然质量评价模型选择评价因子,根据公式计算出评价因子的关联度和权重,依据关联度结果对因子进行敏感性排序。最后根据农用地分等定级方法获得评价单元的自然质量等别情况。研究结果得出,弋阳县耕地国家自然等别主要分布在8-12等,中以9等分布最为广泛,面积为15898.96公顷,占全县总耕地面积的48.18%;最低等别12等地面积较少,主要分布在曹溪镇、漆工镇、三县岭综合垦殖场、中畈乡,面积为359.04公顷,占全县耕地面积的1.09%。其中水田国家自然等主要分布在8等与9等,占弋阳耕地总面积的82.23%;旱地主要分布在10等和11等,占耕地总面积的8.45%。总体上看,弋阳县耕地自然质量属于中等偏上。通过与农用地分等成果的等别占重对比发现,自上轮农用地分等以来,弋阳县土地整治工作到位,弋阳县耕地自然质量有所提升。弋阳县耕地的各影响因素的关联度排序为水田:灌溉保证率有机质含量土壤质地剖面构型排水条件土壤酸碱度;旱地:有效土层厚度灌溉保证率有机质含量地形坡度土壤质地土壤酸碱度。
[Abstract]:In order to scientific and effective management of cultivated land resources, change and transfer trend of comprehensive county farmland "quality" and "quantity", to ensure the effectiveness of land resources management, current and prospective. The cultivated land natural quality evaluation is very necessary not to update, is of great significance to the quality management of cultivated land the construction and cultivated land protection work. At present, the quality evaluation of cultivated land within the county are generally recognized according to the standard methods of farmland gradation and evaluation procedures > in the evaluation, is mostly used AHP or principal component analysis method, to determine the weight of index and factor factor has very strong subjectivity, resulting in reliability evaluation results can not be guaranteed. Therefore, this article through the introduction of GIS technology and the theory of grey system, study the establishment of land natural GIS and based on GRA model The quality evaluation method, taking Jiangxi County of Yiyang Province as an example of empirical research. In this paper the application of grey relational analysis modeling method to evaluate the natural quality of cultivated land. The evaluation firstly summarizes the research status at home and abroad and the related theoretical research, this paper establishes the theoretical basis and guiding ideology. Secondly, the collection the information required by ArcGIS, MAPGIS, Microsoft Excel and other software to establish a database on the basis of evaluation and make full preparations for the start of the experiment. Then through the construction of farmland natural quality evaluation grey relational analysis model selection evaluation factor, calculate the correlation degree and the weights of evaluation factors according to the formula, based on the correlation results of sensitivity factor finally get the evaluation unit physical quality grade according to the method of farmland grading. The results of this study, the national nature of cultivated land in Yiyang County Don't mainly distributed in 8-12, in 9, the most widely distributed, an area of 15898.96 hectares, accounting for 48.18% of the total cultivated area of the county; 12, the lowest not less area, mainly distributed in the Jogyesa Town, lacquerer Town, three Ling County comprehensive reclamation farm, in Fan Village, an area of 359.04 hectares, accounting for county wide cultivated area 1.09%. which are mainly distributed in the natural state of paddy field 8 and 9, accounting for 82.23% of the total area of cultivated land in Yiyang; land is mainly distributed in 10 and 11, accounting for 8.45%. of the total farmland on the whole, the natural quality of cultivated land in Yiyang County belong to the middle. And through the result of agricultural land classification the other was heavy comparison, since the last round of agricultural land, Yiyang county land remediation work place, the natural quality of cultivated land in Yiyang county. Yiyang county farmland improved factors correlation order: paddy field irrigation guarantee rate of the organic matter content of soil texture profile Soil acidity and alkalinity of configuration drainage conditions; dry land: effective soil thickness irrigation guarantee rate of organic matter content, terrain slope, soil texture and soil alkalinity.
