【摘要】:安全生产监管系统是为充分发挥政府部门监管主体、企业责任主体和社会监督的作用,以及能够实时反映安全生产管理工作动态,由闵行区政府投资建设的。GIS平台是安全生产监管系统的一个子系统。采用GIS技术主要是为实现GIS信息与企业地点、安全隐患地点、危险源地点、周边环境、危险源等空间信息的结合,为安全管理提供更好的支持。GIS为安全管理提供的不仅是简单的电子地图查询和浏览,更重要的是提供强大的分析和辅助决策功能。WebGIS是指工作在Web上的GIS,是传统GIS在网络上的延伸和发展,可以实现空间数据的检索、查询、制图输出、编辑等GIS功能。WebGIS的应用领域主要包括:传统的GIS应用领域、管理部门、大众化服务领域和辅助决策应用领域。安全生产监管系统属于辅助决策应用领域。 安全生产监管系统采用了基于B/S架构的WebGIS,文中详细介绍了WebGIS的概念和实现技术。本文的WebGIS基于.NET和ArcGIS Server实现,因此对ESRI公司的ArcGIS软件产品及其中的ArcGIS Server进行了详细的论述,并重点研究了如何把.NET和ArcGIS Server结合起来进行WebGIS应用开发,介绍了基于NET和ArcGIS Server开发WebGIS应用程序的三种方法。着重介绍了WebGIS中用到的关键技术—-Ajax技术。针对系统中实现的路线查询模块,本文对ArcGIS中的道路网络数据模型进行了深入的研究,并对路径分析中用到的经典的求解单源最短路径问题的Dijkstra算法进行了分析。 最后在以上研究学习的基础上,针对安全生产监管系统中WebGIS的具体应用,对WebGIS进行了系统结构设计,以及研究了如何存储和管理空间数据和创建网络服务。实现的WebGIS系统提供了地图基本操作、路线查询等功能,能够满足监管人员和企业安全员的工作需求,为安全生产监管系统的高效运行起到了支撑作用。系统实现的专题图功能模块可以直观的显示特定区域内的安全状况,为监管部门领导决策提供了参考依据。
[Abstract]:Safety production supervision system is to give full play to the role of the main body of government supervision, corporate responsibility and social supervision, as well as to reflect the work of safety management in real time. The. GIs platform, which is invested by Minhang District government, is a subsystem of safety production supervision system. The main purpose of adopting GIS technology is to realize GIS information and enterprise location, safety hidden danger location and danger source location. The combination of spatial information, such as surrounding environment and dangerous sources, provides better support for security management. GIs provides not only simple electronic map query and browsing for security management. More important is to provide a powerful analysis and decision-making function. WebGIS refers to the work on the Web, is the extension and development of traditional GIS on the network, can achieve spatial data retrieval. Query, graphic output, editing and other GIS functions. WebGIS applications mainly include: traditional GIS applications, management departments. The utility model relates to the field of mass service and the field of auxiliary decision application.; the safety production supervision system belongs to the field of auxiliary decision application. The safety production supervision system adopts WebGIS based on B / S architecture. In this paper, the concept and implementation technology of WebGIS are introduced in detail. The implementation of WebGIS is based on .NET and ArcGIS Server. Therefore, the ArcGIS software product of ESRI Company and the ArcGIS Server in it are discussed in detail. And how to combine. Net and ArcGIS Server to develop WebGIS application is studied emphatically. Based on NET and ArcGIS, this paper introduces. This paper introduces three methods of developing WebGIS application by Server. This paper mainly introduces the key technology used in WebGIS, that is, Ajax. aiming at the route query module realized in the system. In this paper, the road network data model in ArcGIS is deeply studied, and the classical Dijkstra algorithm used in path analysis to solve the single source shortest path problem is analyzed. Finally, on the basis of the above research and study, aiming at the specific application of WebGIS in the safety production supervision system, the system structure of WebGIS is designed. It also studies how to store and manage spatial data and create network services. The WebGIS system provides basic map operation, route query and other functions. To meet the needs of supervisors and corporate safety officers. The function module of thematic map realized by the system can intuitively display the safety situation in a specific area and provide a reference for the supervisory authority to make decisions.
