水利GIS云服务平台研究

【摘要】:水利是国民经济基础,GIS (Geographic Information System,地理信息系统)的应用是水利信息化的重要手段及内容。GIS在水利行业的普及应用,加速了水利信息化的进程,使水利信息数据利用、展现更加科学和直观,但当前多数水利GIS系统间仍相互封闭,导致水利GIS应用系统间存在诸多问题,如数据与功能难以共享,造成信息孤岛与应用孤岛。 技术上,云计算这种面向服务的新型计算模式及其SaaS (Software as a Service,软件即服务)的理念为解决当前水利GIS存在的问题提供了思路。构建水利GIS云服务平台,将GIS的处理功能与数据包装成云服务,使用户通过网络便捷地访问、调用、获取自己所需要的服务,从而打破信息孤岛与应用孤岛,实现数据与功能的最大化共享、复用。 基于上述思想,论文对GIS、云计算、云GIS进行相关探讨,就水利GIS应用现状进行了详细分析,认为将云计算应用于水利GIS是未来的发展趋势之 为此,结合某省水利行业GIS状况实例,规划设计了一个私有水利GIS云服务平台解决方案,给出了目标任务、总体框架、功能模块和具体服务内容。在这个方案基础之上,进行了水利GIS云服务平台的原型开发,实际搭建了私有云计算环境,实现了平台功能,可提供地图数据和功能服务,并采用Java和Flex技术编程,对平台原型服务功能做了测试验证。 研究和实践表明,水利GIS云服务能良好的解决当前水利GIS共享存在的问题,水利信息化资源可得到有效的集中调度和共享复用。
[Abstract]:Water conservancy is Information System. Application of Geographic Information system (GIS) is an important means and content of water conservancy information. The popularization and application of GIS in water conservancy industry accelerates the process of water conservancy information and makes water conservancy information data be used. The display is more scientific and intuitive, but the majority of water conservancy GIS systems are still closed to each other, resulting in many problems among water conservancy GIS application systems, such as data and functions are difficult to share. Information isolated island and application island. Technically, cloud computing is a new service-oriented computing model and its SaaS / Software as a Service. The idea of software as a service provides a way to solve the problems existing in the current water conservancy GIS. The cloud service platform of water conservancy GIS is constructed, and the processing function and data of GIS are packaged into cloud services. Users can easily access, call and obtain the services they need through the network, thus breaking the island of information and application, and realizing the maximum sharing and reuse of data and functions. Based on the above ideas, this paper discusses the GIS, cloud computing and cloud GIS, and analyzes the application status of water conservancy GIS in detail. It is considered that the application of cloud computing to water conservancy GIS is the trend in the future. For this reason, a solution of private water conservancy GIS cloud service platform is planned and designed, and the target task and overall framework are given in combination with an example of water conservancy industry GIS in a province. Function module and specific service content. On the basis of this scheme, the prototype development of water conservancy GIS cloud service platform is carried out, and the private cloud computing environment is actually built, and the platform function is realized. It can provide map data and function services, and use Java and Flex technology programming, the platform prototype service function has been tested and verified. The research and practice show that the water conservancy GIS cloud service can solve the existing problems of water conservancy GIS sharing, and the water resources can be effectively centralized dispatching and shared reuse.
