大联动三维数字城管数据库的设计与建立

【摘要】:现代化城市管理不仅涉及到区域内的经济、政治、文化、信息和服务,还涉及到如何运用行政、法律和现代化科技等手段,对现代化城市管理过程中产生的问题,需要及时发现问题、上报问题、处理问题,来提高城市管理的科学性和有效性,满足城市管理和人民不断日益增长的生活需求。 现代化城市管理更加强调的是政府和市场互补,,政府要和社会其他成员通过正式或非正式的渠道进行沟通互动,因此,我国的个别城市在数字化城市管理的基础上探讨大联动数字城管技术,其中乌鲁木齐头屯河区也在探讨大联动数字城管的建设,本文就是在与头河区政府沟通的前提下进行撰写的。 本文从网格化的管理理念、大联动基础地理信息组织与设计、三维空间数据库建模设计与实现、三维空间数据库的设计与建立等方面全面阐述了大联动三维模型的构建,进行了大联动数据库的具体的设计,属性库设计以及数据库的建立。主要内容如下: (1)主要介绍了国内外研究大联动三维数字城管的具体情形以及城市管理的现状。 (2)主要介绍了城市网格化管理,并在研究城市网格化管理的基础上探讨出适用大联动三维数字城管的模式。 (3)根据甲方(乌鲁木齐头屯河区区政府)的需求以及城市化管理的理念设计了适用于甲方需求的大联动三维数字城管数据库,其中包括:区政府主管部门的划分、主管部门管理具体部件对象的划分、主管部门主管事件的划分、网格巡逻员职能的划分,以便管理更加的具体、更加快捷有效,并且扩大了数字化城市管理的范围和权限。 (4)进行了符号化纹理的组织与设计。 (5)采用新型模式的三维建模方法,即:标志性建筑物和地理实体才用真实纹理的三维建模、非标志性建筑物和地理实体采用符号化纹理进行三维建模,通过建模进行比较尤略。 (6)根据相同属性和用途的划分方法,把城市地理实体划分为四大部分和20个具体的实体划分单元,并进行属性表的设计与数据库的实现。
[Abstract]:Modern urban management involves not only regional economic, political, cultural, information and service, but also how to use administrative, legal and modern science and technology. In order to improve the science and effectiveness of urban management, we need to find problems, report problems and deal with problems in the process of modern urban management. To meet the urban management and the people's growing living needs. Modern urban management emphasizes that the government and the market complement each other. The government and other members of the society should communicate and interact through formal or informal channels. On the basis of digital city management, individual cities in our country discuss the technology of digital urban management, including the construction of digital urban management in Urumqi Toutunhe district. This paper is written under the premise of communicating with the government of Tou he District. In this paper, the concept of grid management, large-scale linkage of basic geographic information organization and design, three-dimensional spatial database modeling design and implementation. In this paper, the design and establishment of 3D spatial database are discussed in detail, and the specific design, attribute database design and database establishment of large linkage database are carried out. The main contents are as follows:. This paper mainly introduces the concrete situation and the present situation of urban management of the three-dimensional digital city management of the large-scale linkage at home and abroad. This paper mainly introduces the urban grid management, and discusses the model of the large linkage 3D digital urban management based on the research of the urban grid management. According to the needs of Party A (Urumqi Toutunhe District Government) and the concept of urbanization management, a large coupled 3D digital urban management database suitable for Party A's demand is designed. These include: the division of district government departments, the division of specific components, the division of events, and the division of the functions of grid patrol officers in order to manage more specific management. Faster and more effective, and expanded the scope and authority of digital city management. The organization and design of symbolic texture are carried out. 5) A new 3D modeling method is adopted, that is, the real texture is used for the 3D modeling of the iconic buildings and geographic entities, and the symbolic textures are used for the 3D modeling of the non-symbolic buildings and geographic entities. Comparison is made by modeling. According to the method of dividing the same attributes and uses, the urban geographic entities are divided into four parts and 20 concrete entity partitioning units, and the design of attribute table and the realization of database are carried out.
