WorldView3高分影像在地理国情普查时点核准中的生产与应用

【摘要】:文中首先介绍了World View3的影像组织形式、和其他遥感影像的影像质量对比情况,研究了时点核准影像生产流程、精度统计、时点核准数据采集。从整个试验区中可看出World View3影像成像近似模型中RPC参数的精确度很高,无控与有控纠正模式对影像的精度影响不大。利用影像成果对时点核准时变更的地物进行修改,可保证地理国情普查数据更加精确反映现实的地理国情,同时也可参照影像成果对前期的地表覆盖与地理数据进行核实检查,从而更为精确的定性和定位。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces the image organization form of World View3, and compares the image quality with other remote sensing images, and studies the production process and precision statistics of the time-approved image. From the whole experimental area, we can see that the accuracy of RPC parameters in the approximate model of World View3 imaging is very high. The model of no control and controlled correction has little effect on the accuracy of the image. Using the image results to modify the objects changed when the time points are approved can ensure that the census data of geographical conditions more accurately reflect the actual geographical conditions. At the same time, the surface coverage and geographic data can be verified and checked with reference to the image results, so that the qualitative and location can be more accurate.
