基于无人机航测的黄河冰凌监测试验研究

【摘要】:冰情监测是黄河防凌决策、水资源优化调度、水工程运行管理的关键环节。随着相关学科的不断发展,现代科技对数据质量要求越来越高,传统方法已不能满足冰情监测的实际需求。采用无人机航测方式,利用其安全高效、人力成本低、可迅速发现凌汛险情及堤防病害等特点,对黄河易发凌汛险情的内蒙古河段进行了多架次的航测。结果表明,所采用的中遥Ⅱ型无人机较好地实现了在复杂环境下的航测过程,冰情数据结果全面、准确,为黄河凌汛险情的预测预报提供了参考,为确保黄河防凌安全发挥了积极作用。
