会商系统中WebGIS服务的研究与实现

【摘要】：随着计算机网络和地理信息技术的不断发展，WebGIS已经在各个领域得到了广泛的应用。然而，目前大多数的会商系统中还未建立起网络地理信息服务，这给与会人员在突发事故应急会商指挥过程中确切掌握事发地点的空间地理信息造成了一定的困难。针对会商系统中地理信息服务缺失这一问题，本文提出在会商系统中建立起具有空间地理信息呈现的WebGIS服务，为参与会商的相关人员提供完备的地理信息资源。本文首先对会商系统的内容、特点和体系结构进行了详细的介绍。接着，对会商系统中WebGIS服务的重要性、特点和作用进行了阐述，同时分析了WebGIS的体系结构和实现技术，并对目前几种常用的WebGIS服务平台进行介绍和比较，结合系统的实际需求和各个软件平台的优缺点，本文最终选择采用ESRI公司的ArcGIS系列产品作为平台。根据系统的需求分析，论文给出了WebGIS服务模块的设计方案，，提出了基于B/S模式的总体架构，并对系统的功能模块、服务接口和数据库等内容进行了详细设计。本文以Visual Studio为开发平台，以ArcGIS Server作为服务发布平台，采用Microsoft SQLServer2008和空间数据引擎ArcSDE相结合的方式管理数据，并运用ASP.NET、Ajax和HTML等多种Web相关技术对会商系统中的WebGIS服务模块进行了实现。最后，本文给出了系统服务的运行情况，成功实现了空间地理信息查询、路径分析、缓冲区分析、图层分层管理等多个功能。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer network and geographic information technology, WebGIS has been widely used in various fields. This has made it difficult for participants to accurately grasp the spatial geographic information of the incident site during the emergency meeting and command process of an accident. In view of the problem of the lack of geographic information services in the consultation system, In this paper, a WebGIS service with spatial geographic information presentation in the conference system is proposed to provide complete geographic information resources for the participants. In this paper, the content, characteristics and architecture of the conference system are introduced in detail. Then, the importance, characteristics and functions of the WebGIS service in the conference system are expounded, and the architecture and implementation technology of the WebGIS are analyzed. This paper also introduces and compares several commonly used WebGIS service platforms. Combined with the actual requirements of the system and the advantages and disadvantages of each software platform, this paper finally chooses the ArcGIS series products of ESRI Company as the platform. In this paper, the design scheme of WebGIS service module is given, the overall architecture based on B / S mode is proposed, and the function module, service interface and database of the system are designed in detail. In this paper, Visual Studio is used as development platform, ArcGIS Server is used as service publishing platform, and Microsoft SQLServer2008 and ArcSDE are used to manage data. The WebGIS service module in the conference system is implemented by using ASP. Net Ajax and HTML. Finally, this paper gives the running situation of the system service, and successfully realizes the spatial geographic information query, path analysis, buffer analysis, etc. Layer layer management and other functions.
