【摘要】：正1编制背景比长基线场是测绘地理信息领域光电测距仪器目前唯一的野外长度检定设施和长度溯源标准器,其设施的技术要求、精度、稳定性等对于光电测距仪器检定至关重要。比长基线场需要强制性地进行周期性检定,以保证光电测距仪器检定的准确性和可靠性,从而保证测绘地理信息数据成果的质量。目前比长基线场检定执行GB 16789 1997《比长基线测量规范》。该规范发布时间较早,有些内容已和目前的比长基线测量不相适应,而且按照JJF 1069 2012《法定计量检定机构考核规范》的要求,该规范

At present, GB 16789 / 1997 < longer baseline measurement specification > is carried out in comparison with long baseline field verification. This specification was issued earlier, and some contents have not been adapted to the current long baseline measurement.
