鄱阳湖流域生态数据库和信息共享平台功能设计与实现

【摘要】:当前鄱阳湖流域环境的污染和生态环境恶化等现象已经严重威胁了人类的生产生活,为了改善当前情况,开展了鄱阳湖流域生态的调度研究工作,论文以鄱阳湖流域为研究区域,应用鄱阳湖流域基础数据、地理数据、遥感影像、生态数据以及监测数据等数据源,结合目前应用广泛的3S、WebGIS等先进技术,建立了鄱阳湖流域生态数据库和信息共享平台,并进行应用分析,在鄱阳湖流域生态数据库的建设方面,主要从设计原则、空间数据结构设计、属性数据库的设计和空间数据的组织与管理等进行探讨和实现,在信息共享平台的开发方面,主要从共享平台的需求分析出发,重点讨论其总体设计和功能设计,,实现鄱阳湖生态数据库智能高效的一体化管理,具备实时更新、维护、查询、存储、检索、分析修改地理数据的功能。结合现代遥感技术,构建了鄱阳湖生态数据的生态指标体系,解决了鄱阳湖生态环境的评价等问题。系统从真正意义上实现了生态数据的网络共享,能实时查询鄱阳湖的生态成果数据,解决了各部门、单位之间数据冗余、重复采集、资源严重浪费问题,提升了整个信息系统的服务价值,加速了我国数字流域的进程,为保护鄱阳湖的“一湖清水”提供科学的依据。
[Abstract]:At present, the pollution of the environment and the deterioration of the ecological environment in the Poyang Lake basin have seriously threatened the production and life of human beings. In order to improve the current situation, the study of ecological regulation in the Poyang Lake basin has been carried out.Taking Poyang Lake Basin as the research area, the paper applies the data sources such as basic data, geographical data, remote sensing image, ecological data and monitoring data of Poyang Lake Basin, and combines with the advanced technologies such as 3s Web GIS, which are widely used at present.The ecological database and information sharing platform of Poyang Lake basin are established and analyzed. In the construction of ecological database of Poyang Lake basin, the design principles and spatial data structure design are discussed.The design of attribute database and the organization and management of spatial data are discussed and realized. In the development of information sharing platform, the general design and function design are discussed mainly from the requirement analysis of sharing platform.Poyang Lake ecological database intelligent and efficient integrated management, with real-time update, maintenance, query, storage, retrieval, analysis and modification of geographical data functions.Combined with modern remote sensing technology, the ecological index system of Poyang Lake ecological data was constructed, and the evaluation of Poyang Lake ecological environment was solved.The system realizes the network sharing of ecological data in real sense, can query the ecological achievement data of Poyang Lake in real time, solves the problem of data redundancy, repeated collection and serious waste of resources among various departments and units.It enhances the service value of the whole information system, accelerates the process of digital watershed in our country, and provides scientific basis for protecting Poyang Lake's "one lake clear water".
