新疆国土资源三维发布查询系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着GIS研究领域的扩展及技术的不断提高,人们提出要求用三维技术来处理问题,为管理和决策提供更加直接和真实的目标和研究对象,三维GIS系统应用范围也就不断扩展,成为国内外热点的研究课题。而近些年,国土资源管理工作需求在不断变化,国土资源管理业务在不断调整,国土资源信息化的目标也越发细致,从新疆国土国土资源厅信息化工作的实际需求出发,迫切需要建立新疆三维发布查询系统。 本文正是针对上述问题,主要研究和阐述了基于三维GIS平台,采用MySQL作为数据库系统,采用Visual Studio2005C#作为开发语言,进行三维发布查询系统的系统开发以及具体功能的实现。三维发布查询系统以遥感影像、正射航片和基础地理信息数据为基础,建立三维场景,高效快捷地展示全疆各地的三维地形地貌,并叠加二调矢量数据和矿业权矢量数据,实现数据的生动展现、组织管理、查询浏览等操作。 其主要内容为:1.研究三维地形地貌建库,利用航空影像、卫星数据、数字高程模型和其它的三维或二维信息源以及GIS数据创建一个全疆三维场景。在此三维场景中迭加新疆国土资源信息。2.研究三维信息系统开发,基于三维GIS平台,开发新疆国土资源三维发布查询系统,实现在“一张图”理念下对新疆国土资源信息的一体化监控与管理。通过实现多窗口影像数据同步比对、数据叠加,实现全疆范围内的不同时相土地动态遥感监测变化图斑数据展示与管理。3.研究三维信息网络建设,结合新疆国土资源厅已有的网络和设备情况,在充分利用已有的资源的原则下,进行系统的网络设计。 本文在学习三维发布查询系统开发的理论和技术的基础上,,根据新疆国土资源管理需要、用户需求,参照国内三维发布查询系统开发的成功经验,设计和开发了新疆三维发布查询系统。该系统根据国土资源管理工作的内容和特点,在充分注重软件操作的交互性、简单性以及可视化原则的前提下,及时为新疆国土资源管理提供准确、全面的数据查询结果,能有效提高新疆国土资源管理的工作效率、服务质量及管理决策,为新疆国土资源信息一体化监管提供平台,进一步推进新疆国土资源的信息化建设。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of GIS research field and the continuous improvement of technology, people demand to use three-dimensional technology to deal with problems, and provide more direct and real object of research for management and decision-making. The application scope of three-dimensional GIS system is also expanding.It has become a hot research topic at home and abroad.However, in recent years, the demand for land and resources management is constantly changing, the land and resources management business is constantly adjusting, and the goal of land and resources informatization is becoming more and more meticulous. Starting from the actual needs of the informatization work of the Department of Land and Resources in Xinjiang,There is an urgent need to establish a three-dimensional publishing query system in Xinjiang.Aiming at the above problems, this paper mainly studies and expounds the system development and the realization of the specific function of the 3D publishing query system based on 3D GIS platform, using MySQL as the database system and Visual Studio2005C# as the development language.Based on remote sensing image, orthophotograph and basic geographic information data, the 3D publishing and query system establishes 3D scene, efficiently and quickly displays 3D terrain and geomorphology in all parts of Xinjiang, and superimposes binary vector data and mining right vector data.Realize the vivid display of data, organization and management, query and browse operations.Its main content is: 1.The 3D terrain and geomorphology database is studied and a 3D scene of Xinjiang is created by using aerial image satellite data digital elevation model and other 3D or two-dimensional information sources as well as GIS data.In this three-dimensional scene superposition Xinjiang land resources information. 2.This paper studies the development of 3D information system. Based on 3D GIS platform, it develops a 3D query system of Xinjiang's land and resources, and realizes the integrated monitoring and management of Xinjiang's land and resources information under the concept of "one map".Through the realization of multi-window image data synchronization and data superposition, the display and management of map spot data in different phases of land dynamic remote sensing monitoring and change are realized in the whole Xinjiang area.This paper studies the construction of three-dimensional information network and designs the system network under the principle of making full use of the existing resources in the light of the existing network and equipment of Xinjiang Land and Resources Department.On the basis of studying the theory and technology of the development of 3D publishing query system, according to the needs of land and resources management in Xinjiang and the needs of users, this paper makes reference to the successful experience of the development of 3D publishing query system in China.Design and development of Xinjiang three-dimensional publishing query system.According to the contents and characteristics of land and resources management, this system can provide accurate and comprehensive data query results for land and resources management in Xinjiang on the premise of fully paying attention to the interaction, simplicity and visualization of software operation.It can effectively improve the working efficiency, service quality and management decision of land and resources management in Xinjiang, provide a platform for the integrated supervision of land and resources information in Xinjiang, and further promote the informatization construction of land and resources in Xinjiang.
