基于ArcGIS Engine的城市防震减灾系统研究

【摘要】:城市中的建筑物是居民生产生活的重要场所,城市是保证居民具有相应的生活条件下,交通运输、工业生产、商品流通之间运行比较完善的机制。地震的突然发生会极大的影响到城市发展以及城市居民的生产生活水平,而地震是一种具有隐蔽性和突发性的自然灾害,城市一旦遭遇了地震的侵袭,它很可能会给城市的建筑物以及各种公共设施造成极大的损坏,而这种损坏伴随而来的可能就是人员伤亡以及经济财产损失。因此提高建筑物的抗震能力,尽量减少地震对城市所造成的影响,构建城市防震减灾系统是必要的也是可行的。 本文所研究的内容是建立城市防震减灾系统,系统是基于ArcGIS Engine组件式开发技术,利用C#编程语言来构建。本文在阐述系统的总体设计目标、原则、方法的基础之上,对建立城市防震减灾系统所必需的建筑物易损性分析、人员伤亡预测以及经济损失模型进行了详细的分析。利用实地调查的地籍数据信息,结合ArcGIS软件的分析功能,采用县城中最有代表性的一块区域构建了相应的防震减灾数据库。 文中对ArcGIS Engine开发中的查询检索、实现柱状图的渲染等关键技术进行了研究,开发构建了基于ArcGIS Engine城市防震减灾系统。通过甘肃省某县城研究区中的实际项目数据,结合建筑物易损性分析模型以及人员伤亡预测模型分析展示了建筑物基本信息查询、人员伤亡预测、建筑物经济损失、系统辅助决策等功能,整体系统运行效果比较良好。本系统的建立为城市进行防震减灾提供了有效的方法,也为相关的决策机构在发生地震时做出决策提供了良好的辅助和借鉴依据。
[Abstract]:The buildings in the city are the important places for the residents to produce and live, and the city is the perfect mechanism to ensure that the residents have the corresponding living conditions, transportation, industrial production and circulation of goods. The sudden occurrence of the earthquake will greatly affect the development of the city and the production and living standard of the city residents, and the earthquake is a kind of hidden and sudden natural disaster, once the city has been hit by the earthquake, It is likely to cause great damage to urban buildings and various public facilities, and this damage may be accompanied by casualties and economic property losses. Therefore, it is necessary and feasible to improve the aseismic capacity of buildings and minimize the impact of earthquakes on cities. The content of this paper is to establish urban earthquake prevention and disaster reduction system, which is based on ArcGIS Engine component development technology and is constructed by C # programming language. Based on the general design objectives, principles and methods of the system, this paper analyzes in detail the vulnerability of buildings, the prediction of casualties and the model of economic loss, which are necessary for the establishment of urban earthquake prevention and disaster reduction system. Based on the cadastral data of field survey and the analysis function of ArcGIS software, the database of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is constructed by using the most representative area in the county town. In this paper, the key technologies of query retrieval and histogram rendering in the development of ArcGIS Engine are studied, and the urban earthquake prevention and mitigation system based on ArcGIS Engine is developed. Through the actual project data in a county town research area in Gansu Province, combined with the building vulnerability analysis model and the personnel casualty prediction model analysis, the basic information query of the building, the casualty forecast, the economic loss of the building are displayed. System auxiliary decision and other functions, the overall system operation effect is relatively good. The establishment of the system provides an effective method for urban earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, and also provides a good reference basis for relevant decision-making organizations to make decisions in the event of an earthquake.
