基于GIS的西湖国家现代农业示范区用地功能分区研究

【摘要】:现代农业示范区用地功能分区研究是对以现代农业发展为根本、现代经营管理方式为制度的这种可持续发展园区进行生产、生活、生态等功能区域进行科学、合理布局安排,并在空间分布中建立相互联系、相互协调,以追求达到经济效益、社会效益和生态效益的最大化。这不仅保证了现代农业示范区的可持续发展,也是解决城乡一体化乃至“三农”问题的重要途径。结合GIS技术的用地功能分区研究,由传统的定性分析向定量分析转化,能更加全面的分析影响用地功能分区的因素及其作用。 本文以常德市西湖国家现代农业示范区(以下简称为西湖区)为研究区,以区位理论、系统理论、区域分工理论及可持续发展理论为指导,在充分调查研究区的基础上筛选出因素,运用层次分析法构建出指标体系及权重,在GIS技术的支持下,对因素资料进行处理和评价单元赋值,通过空间分析进行功能区的划分与确定。研究主要内容及成果有: (1)通过研究发现,现有西湖区的主要有农业区、中心城镇区和生态区三个区域,影响三个现有区域布局的相关因素中主要分为自然因素、社会经济因素和生态因素。 (2)根据这些因素并结合经济增长潜力、政策等相关因素,采用层次分析法,得出功能划分的指标体系及权重。 (3)GIS空间分析下,按照权重分值叠加指标相关属性值,得出的叠置分析图,根据作用分值高低的安排区域的实际功能,将西湖区主要划分为现代农业生产区、传统农业发展区、城乡一体建设区和生态环境协调区。 本文通过全面的分析得出影响用地功能分区的多方面因素,在有效的利用GIS技术基础上,对功能区进行了科学的空间布局。研究成果应用到西湖国家现代农业示范区的总体规划中,取得了较好的实践效果。同时也给将来现代农业示范区的规划建设提供了研究依据,确保土地利用效益和现代农业示范区园区总体规划的科学合理性,促进我国土地利用战略和目标的有效实现。
[Abstract]:The study on functional zoning of land use in modern agricultural demonstration area is to make scientific and reasonable arrangement of the sustainable development park, which is based on the development of modern agriculture and the system of modern management and management, such as production, life, ecology and so on. In order to achieve the maximization of economic, social and ecological benefits, the relationship and coordination are established in the spatial distribution. This not only ensures the sustainable development of modern agricultural demonstration areas, but also is an important way to solve the problems of urban and rural integration and even the "three rural areas". Combined with the research of land use function zoning based on GIS technology, the transformation from the traditional qualitative analysis to the quantitative analysis can analyze more comprehensively the factors that affect the land use function zoning and its function. This paper takes the West Lake National Modern Agricultural demonstration area of Changde City (hereinafter referred to as the West Lake region) as the research area, and takes the location theory, the system theory, the regional division of labor theory and the theory of sustainable development as the guidance. On the basis of full investigation and research area, the factors are screened out, and the index system and weight are constructed by using AHP. With the support of GIS technology, the data of factors are processed and evaluated. The division and determination of functional areas are carried out through spatial analysis. The main contents and results of the study are as follows: 1) it is found that there are three main areas in the West Lake region: agricultural region, central town area and ecological region. The related factors affecting the layout of the three existing regions are mainly natural factors, social economic factors and ecological factors. 2) according to these factors and combining with economic growth potential, policy and other related factors, the index system and weight of function division are obtained by AHP. Based on the spatial analysis of GIs, according to the relative attribute values of the weighted score superposition index, the overlay analysis map is obtained. According to the actual function of the arrangement area of the action score, the West Lake region is mainly divided into the modern agricultural production area and the traditional agricultural development area. Urban and rural construction areas and ecological environment coordination area. Based on the comprehensive analysis of various factors affecting the functional zoning of land use, this paper makes a scientific spatial layout of the functional areas on the basis of the effective use of GIS technology. The research results have been applied to the master plan of the West Lake National Modern Agricultural demonstration area, and good practical results have been obtained. At the same time, it also provides the research basis for the planning and construction of the modern agricultural demonstration area in the future, ensures the benefit of land use and the scientific rationality of the overall planning of the modern agricultural demonstration zone, and promotes the effective realization of the land use strategy and goal of our country.
