【摘要】：本文主要内容为通过理论联系实际,初步研究和探讨GPS(全球定位系统,以下简称“GPS”)在城市公共交通智能运营调度管理系统中的应用研究。文章首先对GPS概念和城市公共交通运营调度管理基本方法进行了阐述,介绍了GPS在公交运营调度管理中的原理、特点及作用,并通过应用实例加以佐证。结合昆明公交战略规划管理,运用SWOT矩阵模型对昆明公交战略规划管理进行分析,同时采用SST(战略目标集转换法)对GPS应用于公交运营调度管理的必要性进行分析。通过SWOT模型和SST分析法,从理论上说明了昆明公交企业发展战略应建立在基于GPS的公交智能化运营调度系统的基础上。从结合实际的角度,本文介绍了GPS在昆明公交运营调度管理中的系统架构及应用实践,并通过使用GPS前后的对比,分析昆明公交运营调度管理的区别和效果,从实践上说明了昆明公交企业发展战略应建立在基于GPS的公交智能化运营调度系统的基础上。同时分析了GPS应用于昆明公交智能调度系统管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的意见和建议。最后,主要从两个方面,即GPS与企业精细化管理及LBS(区域商业化服务)的关系阐述了GPS在公交智能化管理方面的展望。
[Abstract]:The main content of this paper is to study and discuss the application of GPS (Global Positioning system (GPS)) in the intelligent operation and management system of urban public transportation through the combination of theory and practice. In this paper, the concept of GPS and the basic methods of urban public transportation operation and dispatching management are expounded, and the principle, characteristics and functions of GPS in the management of public transportation operation and dispatch are introduced, and proved by an application example. Combined with Kunming bus strategic planning and management, this paper analyzes the strategic planning and management of Kunming bus by using SWOT matrix model, and analyzes the necessity of applying GPS to bus operation and dispatch management by using SST (strategic target set transformation method). By means of SWOT model and SST analysis, it is theoretically explained that the development strategy of Kunming bus enterprise should be based on the intelligent operation and dispatch system of public transportation based on GPS. From the point of view of reality, this paper introduces the system structure and application practice of GPS in Kunming bus operation and dispatch management, and analyzes the difference and effect of Kunming bus operation and dispatch management by comparing the GPS before and after. The development strategy of Kunming bus enterprise should be based on the intelligent bus operation and dispatch system based on GPS. At the same time, the problems existing in the application of GPS in the management of Kunming bus intelligent dispatching system are analyzed, and the corresponding opinions and suggestions are put forward. Finally, from two aspects, that is, the relationship between GPS and enterprise fine management and LBS (regional commercial service), the prospect of GPS in intelligent management of public transportation is expounded.
