基于MATLAB的周跳探测与修复综合方法研究

【摘要】:在卫星定位数据处理之前,必须要进行载波相位观测值的周跳探测与修复。国内外对GPS周跳探测和修复的方法研究较多,但没有万能的方法。为此,系统研究和分析了GPS周跳探测与修复的算法,推导了将周跳探测与修复的单一方法相组合的综合方法。首先在周跳探测与修复的基本理论上,系统分析了高次差法、多项式拟合法、电离层残差法、MW组合法和Blewitt法、小波变换法及时间序列Bayes等方法适用范围和探测效果,通过模拟周跳实验验证了其结果的可靠性。然后针对单一方法的优势与局限性,提出了小波变换法与神经网络组合方法以及电离层残差法、相位减伪距法与MW组合法多方法混合进行周跳探测与修复方法。利用MATLAB平台设计周跳探测与修复的系统,其具有周跳探测与修复方便、直观和处理成果可靠等优点。最终完成了GPS实测数据的组合方法实验,实验表明,电离层残差法、相位减伪距法与MW组合混合方法进行周跳探测与修复,可以有效地探测出1周以上的周跳;对小波变换法与线性神经网络联合探测修复方法的有效性进行了分析,推导出小波可准确探测出0.5周的周跳,采用神经网络可以有限的对1周以上周跳进行有效地修复。创并建基于MATLAB平台GPS周跳探测与修复的单一方法及组合方法的系统,使其具有一定的理论价值和较高的应用价值,并对实际工程具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:The cycle slip detection and repair of carrier phase observations must be carried out before satellite positioning data processing. There are many researches on GPS cycle slip detection and repair methods at home and abroad, but there is no universal method. Therefore, the algorithm of detecting and repairing cycle slip of GPS is studied and analyzed systematically, and the comprehensive method of combining the single method of detecting and repairing cycle slip is deduced. First of all, on the basic theory of cycle slip detection and repair, the application scope and detection effect of high order difference method, polynomial fitting method, ionospheric residual method / MW combination method and Blewitt method, wavelet transform method and time series Bayes method are analyzed systematically. The reliability of the results is verified by simulated cycle slip experiments. Then, aiming at the advantages and limitations of the single method, a new method of cycle slip detection and repair is proposed, which is composed of wavelet transform method and neural network method, ionospheric residual method, phase de-pseudo-range method and MW combination method. The system of cycle slip detection and repair is designed by using MATLAB platform, which has the advantages of convenient detection and repair of cycle slip, intuitionistic and reliable processing results and so on. Finally, the combined method experiment of GPS measured data is completed. The experiment shows that the cycle slip can be detected and repaired effectively by the method of ionospheric residuals, phase de-pseudo-range method and MW combination method, and the cycle slip of more than one week can be detected effectively. The validity of wavelet transform method and linear neural network combined detection and repair method is analyzed. It is deduced that wavelet can accurately detect the cycle slip of 0.5 weeks, and neural network can be used to repair the one-week and last week slip effectively. The system based on the single method and combination method of detecting and repairing cycle slip of MATLAB platform GPS has certain theoretical value and high application value and has guiding significance to practical engineering.
