基于规则引擎的基本农田划定内业数据质量检查方法研究

【摘要】:我国人口多耕地少,耕地后备资源不足,且耕地重中之重的基本农田保护形势不容乐观,基于以上国情,坚持基本农田保护优先,数据掌握、数据管理与数据质量并重尤为重要。数据质量是数据的生命,对基本农田划定内业数据成果质量进行检查控制不仅确保了我国基本农田的数量,而且对其质量控制也发挥了一定的作用,对确保国家粮食安全具有长远而重要的意义。 目前,基本农田管理中主要存在两方面问题:一方面,成果资料与实地相差甚远,数据质量不规范,不符合数据库建设的要求;另一方面,普通的土地数据质量检查软件待检查规则与程序代码绑定,不能满足待检查规则变动频繁的要求,软件重用性差;此外,常用的ArcGIS软件检查针对性不强,检查不全面。针对以上问题,本文提出一种基于规则引擎的基本农田划定内业数据质量检查方法。本文着重从以下三方面进行研究: (一)深入研究空间数据质量、基本农田划定内业数据质量及规则引擎的研究现状,分析目前基本农田划定内业数据质量及普通的检查软件中存在的问题,阐述研究基于规则引擎的基本农田划定内业数据质量检查方法的必要性及重要性。 (二)分析比较空间数据质量检查方法,采用软件自动检查法,基于统一数据质量评价模型,提出基于规则引擎的基本农田划定内业数据质量检查方法。分析规则引擎常用算法的特点,采用基于RETE算法的规则引擎,基于Drools.Net3.0平台,构建基本农田划定内业数据质量检查规则引擎。 (三)利用基于规则引擎的基本农田划定内业数据质量检查方法应用于基本农田划定内业数据质量检查中,该质量检查方法在浙江省基本农田划定内业数据质量检查系统中得以验证,完成了浙江省90个县市基本农田划区定界成果检查与控制。。 基于规则引擎的基本农田划定内业数据质量检查方法优于普通的土地数据质量检查方法及ArcGIS软件检查法,该方法实现了业务与代码相分离,解决系统重用困难的同时全面完成了数据质量规范性检查。此外,提升了检查效率,满足检查规则变动频繁的要求,更适用于未来的生产工作中。
[Abstract]:The situation of basic farmland protection is not optimistic. Based on the above national conditions, we insist on the priority of the basic farmland protection, and the data management and data quality are particularly important. Data quality is the life of data, and the quality of the data in the basic farmland is delimited to the basic farmland. Inspection and control not only ensured the quantity of basic farmland in our country, but also played a certain role in its quality control, and had a long and important significance to ensure the national food security.
At present, there are two main problems in the management of basic farmland: on the one hand, the results are far from the field, the quality of the data is not standard and does not meet the requirements of the construction of the database. On the other hand, the common land data quality inspection software should not meet the requirements of the frequent changes of the rules to be checked. The software reusability is poor; in addition, the common ArcGIS software inspection is not pertinent and the inspection is not comprehensive. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a method for the quality inspection of the internal industry data based on the basic farmland based on the rule engine. This paper focuses on the following three aspects:
(1) in-depth study of the quality of spatial data, the research status of the quality of internal data and the rule engine in the basic farmland, and the analysis of the existing problems in the quality of the internal data and the common inspection software in the basic farmland, and the necessity and importance of the study of the method for the quality inspection of the internal data based on the basic farmland based on the rule engine.
(two) analyzing and comparing the methods of spatial data quality inspection, using the software automatic inspection method and based on the unified data quality evaluation model, this paper puts forward the method for the quality inspection of the internal industry data based on the rule engine, analyzes the characteristics of the rules engine commonly used algorithms, uses the rule engine based on the RETE algorithm, and builds on the Drools.Net3.0 platform. Basic farmland is used to delineate internal data quality inspection rule engine.
(three) the quality inspection method of the internal industry data quality inspection based on the basic farmland based on the rule engine is applied to the quality inspection of the internal industry data in the basic farmland. The quality inspection method has been verified in the internal data quality inspection system of the basic farmland delimited in Zhejiang province and completed the inspection of the demarcation results of the basic farmland in the 90 counties and cities in Zhejiang province. The method of checking internal data quality of basic farmland based on rule engine is better than the common land data quality inspection method and ArcGIS software inspection method. This method realizes the separation of business and code, solves the difficulty of the system reuse and completes the data quality standard inspection at the same time. In addition, it improves the inspection efficiency and satisfies the inspection. The requirement of frequent change of rules is more suitable for future production work.
