基于UGC的室内地图数据变化发现与更新方法研究

【摘要】:随着室内移动位置服务的快速发展,人们对室内地图数据的现势性和准确性提出了更高的要求,但是传统的室内地图数据更新模式已经无法对室内地图的变化信息做到及时更新,这严重制约了室内地图移动位置服务的进一步发展。如何及时地发现室内地图变化信息并快速高效地获取这种变化信息将其反映到室内地图数据中,成为一个亟待解决的难题,同时成为了现如今室内地图厂商最为关心的问题。然而随着互联网技术的不断发展及Web2.0概念的普及,越来越多的公众参与到地理信息的共享中,在互联网中会产生海量的地理信息,用户生成内容(User-generated Content,UGC)将对室内地图的更新与维护具有重大意义。同时移动终端设备的普及和功能的不断改进,用户可以随时随地发布和分享带有地理信息的数据内容,让公众不再单纯是地理信息使用者,也成为了地理信息的提供者。因此充分利用公众创造的地理信息,可以扩充传统室内地图数据更新的数据来源,以实现室内地图的更新与维护,更好地满足室内移动位置服务的需要。但是UGC数据来源于公众,用户创建UGC的动机、知识背景、文化素养以及数据采集设备的精度差异可能会带来数据质量问题。因此,本文提出基于UGC的室内地图数据变化发现与更新框架以及增量更新方法,以实现室内地图数据及时动态化的更新与维护。本文的具体研究内容如下:(1)本文在分析了室内地图增量式更新的必要性基础上,总结了国内外在室内地图更新方面的研究现状,并对比了传统的版本式更新和增量更新方式,为了使室内地图数据能够得到及时高效地更新,提出了UGC变化信息数据获取、UGC变化信息数据预处理、增量信息的检测到增量更新数据包的制作、增量更新数据包的发布组成的闭环式室内地图数据增量更新服务模式。(2)研究了UGC变化信息数据来源和获取方式,并指出UGC数据作为室内地图数据的更新来源存在的问题,建立了UGC变化信息数据的预处理和审核机制,提出了基于UGC的室内地图数据变化发现与更新框架。(3)研究了基于矢量要素匹配的增量信息检测方法,将采集到的UGC变化信息数据与历史版本数据进行变化检测,从中发现和提取增量信息。本文对支持增量更新的室内地图数据文件存储结构和增量包的具体结构进行了设计,并使其保持一致。通过对增量标志的识别来确定准确的增量变化类别,不同的增量变化类别采取不同的增量更新操作。(4)在理论研究的基础上,设计并实现基于UGC的室内地图数据变化发现与增量更新方法的室内地图更新系统。以公众上传的实例数据生成增量包,然后将当前版本的室内地图数据和增量包进行数据融合,生成最新版本的室内地图,实现了室内地图的增量式更新。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of indoor mobile location services, people put forward higher requirements for the present and accuracy of indoor map data. However, the traditional updating mode of indoor map data can not update the change information of indoor map in time, which seriously restricts the further development of mobile location service of indoor map. How to find the change information of indoor map in time and get the change information quickly and efficiently to reflect it into the indoor map data has become a difficult problem to be solved, and it has become the most concerned problem of indoor map manufacturers nowadays. However, with the continuous development of Internet technology and the popularization of the concept of Web 2.0, more and more people participate in the sharing of geographic information, which will produce massive geographic information in the Internet. User-generated content (UGC) will be of great significance for updating and maintenance of indoor maps. At the same time, with the popularization of mobile terminal devices and the continuous improvement of functions, users can publish and share data content with geographical information anytime and anywhere, so that the public is no longer simply a geographical information user, but also become a geographical information provider. Therefore, making full use of the geographical information created by the public can expand the data source of traditional indoor map data updating, so as to realize the updating and maintenance of indoor map, and better meet the needs of indoor mobile location service. However, UGC data comes from the public, and the motivation, knowledge background, cultural literacy and accuracy of data acquisition devices may cause data quality problems. Therefore, this paper puts forward the change discovery and update framework and incremental updating method of indoor map data based on UGC, so as to realize the timely and dynamic updating and maintenance of indoor map data. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the analysis of the necessity of incremental updating of indoor maps, this paper summarizes the current research situation of indoor map updating both at home and abroad, and compares the traditional methods of revision and incremental updating. In order to update the indoor map data in time and efficiently, the UGC change information data acquisition and UGC change information data preprocessing, the incremental information detection and the production of incremental update data packet are proposed. Closed-loop Indoor Map data Increment Update Service Model. 2) the data source and acquisition method of UGC change information are studied, and the problems of UGC data as the updating source of indoor map data are pointed out. The preprocessing and checking mechanism of UGC change information data is established, and the change discovery and update framework of indoor map data based on UGC is proposed. The incremental information detection method based on vector element matching is studied. The UGC change information data and the historical version data are detected and the incremental information is found and extracted. In this paper, the storage structure of indoor map data file and the concrete structure of incremental package are designed and kept consistent. Based on the theoretical research, the accurate incremental change category is determined by identifying the increment sign, and the different incremental change categories take different incremental update operation. An indoor map update system based on UGC is designed and implemented. The incremental package is generated from the instance data uploaded by the public, and then the current version of indoor map data and the incremental package are fused to generate the latest version of indoor map, and the incremental updating of indoor map is realized.
