基于ServiceGIS的“三规合一”共享交换平台设计与实现

【摘要】：为了实现"三规合一"基础数据、规划编制成果等在发改委、规划、国土等部门间的互联互通、共享交换,以Arc GIS Server10平台,使用Service GIS技术,开发了将"三规合一"数据成果以服务的形式进行共享发布、注册申请、审批管理的系统,为"三规"统一规划的编制审批、调整修编、实施评估等工作提供了共享交换平台。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the "three rules in one" basic data, planning and compilation results in the development and reform commission, planning, land and other departments of the interconnection, sharing and exchange, using Arc GIS Server 10 platform, the use of service GIS technology, The system of sharing, publishing, registration application and examination and approval management of "three rules in one" data is developed, which provides a shared exchange platform for the compilation, examination and approval, adjustment and revision, implementation and evaluation of the unified planning of the "three rules".
