基于空间分析模型的物流配送研究

【摘要】:城市物流是以城市为依托的区域物流,是城市经济发展的基础之一。在一些地区,常常由于交通运输不便、空间规划不合理,导致物流费用太高,,造成各种产品的滞销,对城市经济造成了很大的损失,因此做好城市物流的空间规划,提升物流产业的发展水平,显得尤为重要。 现今的地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)软件都具有强大的空间分析功能,将地理信息系统中的空间分析模型应用到物流领域中,能够帮助解决实际的物流配送问题,并提供决策支持。通过在物流领域进行合理的空间分析和规划,实现一些物流中心选址、配送路径优化、配送区域划分的功能,为物流企业降低成本、提高服务效率。 本文采用ArcGIS系列软件,搭建了基于空间分析模型的物流配送系统平台,并实现了部分功能模块。在物流配送中心选址模块中,比较分析了重心法、微分法等常用算法,并考虑实际交通因素和成本因素,对算法进行了改进。通过该模块,可方便物流企业在候选的物流配送中心地址中,选出最优的、符合经济效益的物流配送中心。 在配送路径优化模块中,通过分析比较多种启发式算法,对最优路径的算法进行改进,提高了运算效率。该模块用于在系统中计算配送中心到客户的最优路径,通过对配送路径的优化,能够降低配送成本和配送时间。 在配送区域划分模块中,设计算法划分出各配送中心的配送区域,对客户选择配送中心提供决策支持,通过统计各中心配送区域中客户的需求量,更好的规划控制配送中心的仓储量,减少资源浪费。 按照ArcEngine的开发流程,利用C#语言,设计并编程实现了基于GIS空间分析模型的物流配送原型系统,包括基本的浏览、查询功能,以及物流配送中心选址模块、配送路径优化模块和配送区域划分模块,各功能模块协同操作,运行稳定。 本文对GIS空间分析模型的应用,能帮助物流企业节约资源、降低成本、提高效率,设计实现的部分算法功能为物流管理系统的集成做准备。将空间规划方法和空间分析模型运用到物流领域,是现代物流技术发展的必然趋势。
[Abstract]:Urban logistics is a regional logistics based on city, which is one of the bases of urban economic development. In some areas, due to the inconvenience of transportation and unreasonable spatial planning, the logistics costs are too high, resulting in unsalable products and great losses to the urban economy. Therefore, the spatial planning of urban logistics is well done. It is very important to improve the development level of logistics industry. Nowadays, the (Geographic Information system GIS software has powerful spatial analysis function. Applying the spatial analysis model of GIS to the logistics field can help solve the actual logistics distribution problems and provide decision support. Through reasonable spatial analysis and planning in the field of logistics, some functions of location of logistics center, optimization of distribution route and division of distribution area are realized, which can reduce cost and improve service efficiency for logistics enterprises. In this paper, ArcGIS software is used to build a logistics distribution system platform based on spatial analysis model, and some functional modules are implemented. In the location module of logistics distribution center, the common algorithms, such as barycenter method and differential method, are compared and analyzed, and the algorithm is improved by taking into account the actual traffic factors and cost factors. Through this module, it is convenient for logistics enterprises to select the best and economic distribution center in the candidate logistics distribution center address. In the module of distribution path optimization, the algorithm of optimal path is improved by analyzing and comparing many heuristic algorithms, and the operation efficiency is improved. The module is used to calculate the optimal path from the distribution center to the customer in the system. By optimizing the distribution path, the cost and time of distribution can be reduced. In the distribution region division module, the algorithm is designed to divide the distribution area of each distribution center, to provide decision support for the customer to select the distribution center, and to calculate the customer's demand in the distribution area of each center. Better planning to control distribution center storage volume, reduce waste of resources. According to the development process of ArcEngine, the prototype system of logistics distribution based on GIS spatial analysis model is designed and programmed by using C # language, including basic browsing, query function and location module of logistics distribution center. Distribution path optimization module and distribution area division module, each functional module coordinated operation, stable operation. In this paper, the application of GIS spatial analysis model can help logistics enterprises save resources, reduce costs, improve efficiency, design and realize part of the algorithm for logistics management system integration. It is an inevitable trend of the development of modern logistics technology to apply spatial planning method and spatial analysis model to the field of logistics.
