基于SOA的北京市地理信息公共服务平台设计与实现
[Abstract]:Geographical information resources are basic and strategic resources related to national security, economic and social development. They integrate all kinds of natural resources information and economic and social human information. With the development of scientific government management, the development of economy and society and the construction of harmonious society, the demand of government departments, enterprises and the public for geographic information services is increasing day by day. However, at present, the offline provision of basic geographic data is still the main way of data sharing, which has many links, long period, complex technology of application system construction and high cost, which results in users unable to obtain continuously updated data. Nor can it meet the needs of large-scale business applications. The geographic information public service platform aims to establish a standardized system of standardization of spatial data, through the exchange and sharing of spatial information resources, the connection of water conservancy, transportation, land, planning, meteorology, environmental protection and other business departments, for government agencies, Enterprises and institutions, the public provide online map services and professional information services, so as to improve the level of urban information public services. This paper describes the current situation and trend of the development of geographic information service, and analyzes the demand for the effective integration, exchange and sharing of geographic information in the construction of urban information. This paper puts forward the key technology and implementation method of the construction of Beijing Geographic Information Public Service platform, and designs the platform from the aspects of standard specification, database and function, and then carries on the implementation process of the platform construction. The construction of representative GIS platform with the functions of spatial service GIS, data management and operation and maintenance management is completed. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: 1. Based on the goal of geographic information sharing, this paper discusses the standard and technical system of unified storage, management, update and application of massive spatial data, which ensures the timeliness and authoritativeness of shared data. Based on the (SOA) technology of service-oriented architecture, the key technology and technical route of geographic information sharing service platform are analyzed, and the sharing of geographic information resources is realized by service mode. 3. Taking Beijing as an example, the basic function of geographic information sharing service platform is preliminarily realized.
