基于ArcEngine的三川河流域河道信息管理系统的创建

【摘要】:我国面临中西部工程性缺水、北方资源性缺水和南方水质性缺水的严重问题,如“脱缰之马”的水问题正极大影响着我国的人民生活、生态环境和社会生产,也是当地科学发展的一大瓶颈。流域作为水资源的重要储存介质和水质发生生物-物理-化学反应的场所,而河道又是其中的重要一环,如能够实现对河道的有效管理,达到科学合理利用河道资源的目标,是解决目前水资源问题的有效途径之一。全国水利信息化发展“十二五”规划中指出对水利工作的支撑总目标包括全面提升信息技术对水利日常工作及应急处理的支撑与服务能力,因此实现河道的信息化使资源的管理更加科学、规划更加合理、利用更加高效,是水利信息管理的中流砥柱也是其综合体现。 地理信息系统(GIS)是专用于地理空间信息处理和管理的计算机技术系统,从上世纪60年代发展以来各项技术日益成熟并在各行业中广为应用,它的特性为河道信息化的实现提供了强有力的工具。本文选用方兴未艾的GIS组件ArcEngine9.3为开发工具,在Visual Studio2005开发环境下利用嵌入式开发技术,结合SQL Server2005数据库管理系统和空间数据引擎ArcSDE研发了三川河流域河道的信息管理系统。 首先阐述了三川河流域数字河道建设的背景及意义、河道概况和国内外研究发展概况;其次对创建系统时涉及的关键技术做了汇总,着重介绍了ArcEngine组件技术及开发优势和系统数据库技术;然后设计了系统的数据库,利用SQL Server2005和空间数据引擎对系统的空间数据及属性数据进行了逻辑设计和物理设计,达到对河道海量数据的科学、高效和统一管理的目标;最后实现系统各模块功能,系统包含常规模块、专用模块和辅助模块实现对河道资源信息的存储、编辑、更新、专题查询、统计和分析等,成功应用于河道资源数据的科学信息化管理并为相关部门提供分析指导和决策依据。 研究表明,基于GIS组件技术ArcEngine能够自定义创建一个功能较强、易于扩充并具有友好界面的河道信息管理系统并满足当前用户的需求。作者在ArcEngine应用于河道信息管理系统方面做了尝试,为该系统的继续完善和水利信息化其它自定义系统的开发提供了便捷。
[Abstract]:China is faced with the serious problems of engineering water shortage in the central and western regions, water shortage in the north and water quality in the south, such as the "runaway horse" water problem, which is greatly affecting the people's life, ecological environment and social production in our country. It is also a major bottleneck in the development of local science. As an important storage medium of water resources and a place where biological-physical-chemical reactions take place in water quality, the river channel is an important part of it. For example, it can realize the effective management of river channels and achieve the goal of scientific and rational utilization of river resources. It is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of water resources at present. In the 12th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Water Resources Informatization, it was pointed out that the overall objectives of supporting water conservancy work include comprehensively enhancing the support and service capacity of information technology for daily water conservancy work and emergency handling. Therefore, realizing the informationization of river channel makes the management of resources more scientific, planning more reasonable, and utilizing more efficiently, which is the mainstay of water conservancy information management and its comprehensive embodiment. Geographic Information system (GIS) is a computer technology system dedicated to geospatial information processing and management. Since its development in the 1960s, various technologies have become increasingly mature and widely used in various industries. Its characteristics provide a powerful tool for the realization of river information. In this paper, we choose the burgeoning GIS component ArcEngine9.3 as the development tool, using embedded development technology under the Visual Studio2005 development environment, combining the SQL Server2005 database management system and the spatial data engine ArcSDE to develop the information management system of Sanchuan river basin. Firstly, the background and significance of digital river channel construction in Sanchuan River Basin, the general situation of river course and the research and development situation at home and abroad are expounded. Secondly, the key technologies involved in the establishment of the system are summarized. This paper mainly introduces the ArcEngine component technology, its development advantage and the system database technology, then designs the database of the system, and makes use of SQL Server2005 and the spatial data engine to carry on the logical design and the physical design to the system spatial data and the attribute data. To achieve the goal of scientific, efficient and unified management of massive river channel data. Finally, the functions of each module of the system are realized. The system includes routine module, special module and auxiliary module to store, edit and update the channel resource information. Thematic inquiry, statistics and analysis have been successfully applied to the scientific information management of river resource data and provide analysis guidance and decision basis for relevant departments. The research shows that ArcEngine based on GIS component technology can create a channel information management system with strong function, easy expansion and friendly interface, and can meet the needs of current users. The author tries to apply ArcEngine to river information management system, which provides convenience for the further improvement of the system and the development of other customized water conservancy information systems.
