基于语义标注的地理信息服务关键技术研究

【摘要】:随着地理信息服务应用的拓展,越来越多的企业和组织将自己拥有的地理空间数据和软件功能开放为地理信息服务供人们使用,有效地促进了地理信息的共享和功能复用,也使得地理信息服务的数量剧增。当前,用户只能通过关键字搜索并结合空间过滤条件查询OGC的目录服务,发现所需的数据和服务。用户在受益于目录服务带来的资源搜索便捷的同时,经常受到查全率和查准率不高的困扰。面对日益庞大的服务群,如何自动、快速、准确地发现目标服务,成为影响地理信息服务进一步发展与应用的瓶颈。本文引入信息检索技术、语义网技术、语义服务技术,从基于地理概念匹配的语义标注算法、面向SOA框架的OWS服务与WSDL服务描述融合策略、基于DL概念描述的空间语义相似性度量模型以及融合相似性度量与包含性推理的语义匹配与服务发现四个方面进行了深入研究。论文在基于语义标注的地理信息服务的理论方法和关键技术上取得了一些成果,主要工作和创新点如下: 1.分析了地理信息语义服务的背景、意义以及相关理论和技术基础。从地理信息语义服务模式转变、地理信息服务集成与共享中存在的问题出发,对基于语义标注的地理信息服务研究进展进行了分析与思考,在此基础上指出利用语义标注技术实现地理信息服务语义模式研究的重要意义和广泛的应用前景。论文研究了基于语义标注的地理信息服务理论方法基础和关键技术,提出了面向语义标注的地理信息服务框架和方法体系,总结了语义模式的地理信息服务匹配与发现方法。 2.为了实现服务的多本体标注,创建了面向服务语义标注的地理本体三层架构,利用本体工程化的方法,开发了面向语义标注的领域本体与应用本体,建立了轻量级的应用本体开发模式;同时,基于PageRank算法,顾及地理本体概念图结构对现有地理信息服务语义标注算法进行了优化,设计了服务语义标注抽象模型与标注工作流,提高了语义标注的自动化程度;在此基础上,提出了OWS服务与WSDL服务描述相融合的策略,解决了两者语法不一致问题,建立了OGC服务概念模型的WSDL映射方法,由此实现OGC与W3C网络服务标准的集成。 3.设计了融合多种本体概念语义的空间语义相似性度量框架,提出了基于DL概念描述的空间语义相似性度量模型,验证了模型的适应性和有效性。从服务语义相似性度量的应用需求出发,并总结了前人有关语义相似性计算的研究成果,由此设计了概念层次空间语义相似性度量框架,并基于该框架,提出面向DL概念描述的空间语义相似性度量方法,获取概念层次的空间语义相似度排序;最后设计了概念相似性实验测试,且实验结果证明,在人类相似性排序和空间语义相似性度量方法获取的排序结果之间高度相关,验证了本文空间语义相似性度量方法的可行性。 4.提出了基于空间语义相似性度量模型的包含性推理机制,建立了混合模式的服务语义匹配与发现算法,提高了服务发现的效率。首先,描述了OGC目录中实现的标准服务发现方法,提供了OGC目录框架规范的详细内容,总结了OGC目录中服务发现机制的局限性;在此基础上,提出了融合相似性度量模型与包含性推理的混合模式服务语义匹配算法,以期解决现有服务发现方法中存在的问题;同时,描述了服务语义发现引擎与OGC开源目录的集成模式,实现了基于WSML的查询目标定义与服务语义匹配算法的语义查询扩展,并给出了语义目录的整体框架设计与实施策略。 5.构建了基于语义标注的地理信息智能服务原型系统,,针对智能交通动态信息共享服务进行了应用实验,验证了技术方法的可行性和实用价值。建立了支持服务语义标注、服务注册、语义目录管理、服务匹配与发现的集成实验环境,并探索了其在智能交通动态信息共享服务中的应用;基于Liferay Portal开源门户网站平台,进行了应用实验系统服务门户开发,借助OGC目录服务语义接口,实现了道路交通信息服务集成发布、语义搜索、匹配与发现;并面向交通流量监测应用用例,进行了智能交通流量信息的动态发布与共享实验,验证了本文提出基于语义标注技术的语义模式地理信息智能服务框架的实用价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of geographical information service application, more and more enterprises and organizations open their own geographical spatial data and software functions into geographical information services for people to use and effectively promote the sharing and functional multiplexing of geographical information, and also increases the number of geographic information services. Currently, users can only search and query OGC directory services through keyword search and spatial filtering conditions to discover the required data and services. Users benefit from the search for the resources brought by the directory service, and often suffer from the high check-up rate and the check-up rate. Facing the increasing service group, how to automatically, quickly and accurately discover the target service becomes the bottleneck affecting the further development and application of the geographic information service. In this paper, information retrieval technology, semantic web technology, semantic service technology, semantic annotation algorithm based on geographic concept matching, OWS service oriented to SOA framework and WSDL service description fusion strategy are introduced. The spatial semantic similarity measurement model based on the DL concept and the semantic matching and service discovery of the inclusion reasoning are deeply studied in four aspects. In this paper, some achievements have been made in the theoretical method and key technology of geographic information service based on semantic annotation, and the main work and innovation points are as follows: 1. The background, significance and related theory and technology of geographic information semantic service are analyzed Based on the problems existing in geographic information semantic service mode transition, geographic information service integration and sharing, the research progress of geographic information service based on semantic annotation is analyzed and analyzed. On the basis of this, it is pointed out that using semantic annotation technology to realize the semantic model of geographic information service is of great significance and extensive application The paper studies the base and key technology of geographic information service theory based on semantic annotation, and puts forward a semantic-oriented geographic information service framework and method system, and summarizes the matching and discovery of geographic information service based on semantic model. Method 2. In order to realize the multi-ontology dimension of the service, a three-tier architecture of geographic ontology oriented to service semantics is created, and the domain ontology and application ontology oriented to semantic annotation are developed by using the ontology engineering method, and a lightweight application ontology development is established. At the same time, based on the PageRank algorithm, the semantic annotation algorithm of the existing geographic information service is optimized with regard to the concept structure of the geographic ontology, the abstract model of the service semantic dimension and the annotation workflow are designed, and the automation degree of the semantic annotation is improved; On this basis, the strategy of OWS service and WSDL service description is proposed, which solves the problem of inconsistency between the two languages, establishes the WSDL mapping method of the OGC service conceptual model, and thus realizes the OGC and the WSDL service. The spatial semantic similarity measurement framework based on the concept of DL is designed, and the model of spatial semantic similarity measurement based on the DL concept is designed, and the model is validated. Based on the application requirements of the service semantic similarity measure, the research results on semantic similarity calculation are summarized, and the concept hierarchy spatial semantic similarity measurement framework is designed. Based on the framework, a space language for the DL concept description is put forward. In the end, the concept similarity test is designed, and the experimental results show that the ranking of the similarity of human similarity and the method of spatial semantic similarity measure are obtained. The result is highly correlated, and the spatial semantic similarity of this paper is verified. The feasibility of metric method is discussed. The inclusion reasoning mechanism based on spatial semantic similarity measure model is put forward, and the service semantic matching and discovery algorithm of mixed mode are established. firstly, a standard service discovery method implemented in the OGC directory is described, a detailed content of the OGC directory framework specification is provided, and the service discovery machine in the OGC directory is summarized. On the basis of this, a hybrid model service semantic matching algorithm based on the fusion similarity metric model and inclusion reasoning is proposed in order to solve the problems existing in the existing service discovery method. Meanwhile, the service semantic discovery engine and O are described. The integration model of the GC open source directory realizes the semantic query expansion of the query target definition and the service semantic matching algorithm based on the WSML, and provides the semantic directory. In this paper, a prototype system of geographic information intelligent service based on semantic annotation is constructed. The application experiment and verification of intelligent traffic dynamic information sharing service are carried out. The feasibility and practical value of technical method are established. The integrated experimental environment supporting service semantic annotation, service registration, semantic directory management, service matching and discovery is established, and its application in intelligent traffic dynamic information sharing service is explored. Portal open source portal platform has been developed by the service portal of the application experiment system. With the help of the OGC directory service semantic interface, the integrated publishing, semantic search, matching and discovery of road traffic information service are realized. In this paper, the dynamic publishing and sharing experiment of intelligent traffic flow information is carried out for traffic flow monitoring and application example, and the semantic mode based on semantic annotation technology is presented in this paper.
