基于GIS的地下水封洞库宏观选址评价

【摘要】:我国是一个新兴的发展中国家,随着国民经济的快速发展,对石油的需求量也越来越大。我国石油战略储备体系于1993年开始酝酿,从2003年开始筹备建设。我国石油储备基地总共规划了三期,其储量安排大体是:第一期1000万~1200万吨;第二期2800万吨;第三期2800万吨。第一期已建成,二、三期正处在规划及建设阶段。地下水封油库以其占地少、投资少、损耗少、污染小、运营管理费用低、安全性能高、装卸速度快等优点,成为国家石油储备的首选形式。我国石油战略储备建设正快速、有序的进行着,二、三期石油储备库基本都为地下洞室储备库,有一些已经完成规划选址,准备施工或正在施工。但二、三期仍有大量的地下水封洞库需要建设。 论文从地下水封洞库原理及选址因素研究入手,选取地震烈度、区域性断裂带、最大水平地应力、地层岩性、地下水埋深、年均降雨量、与大型码头距离、与大型炼油厂距离等8个评价指标对地下水封洞库进行选址评价。利用层次分析法建立了层次结构模型并计算了权重。最后利用GIS空间叠加技术结合加权求和运算实现综合分析评价,再运用GIS的基本功能实现结果的可视化表达。论文研究区为我国东部沿海地区,对研究区进行了建库适宜性评价。论文具体研究成果如下: (1)构建了地下水封洞库宏观选址评价指标体系。 (2)利用层次分析法构建地下水封洞库宏观选址评价层次模型并计算权重,利用GIS空间叠加分析的方法进行了综合评价。 (3)根据适宜性评价结果,,将研究区的建库适宜性分为适宜建库区、较适宜建库区、基本适宜建库区、不宜建库区4个等级。 (4)生成了我国东部沿海地区建库适宜性分区图,从图中可直观、明显看出不同适宜性等级区域的分布情况。 (5)论文统计的已建、在建或已选洞库在本文分析评价的结果中均位于适宜建库区和较适宜建库区内,这说明论文的研究方法和评价结果的合理性。
[Abstract]:China is a new developing country, with the rapid development of national economy, the demand for oil is increasing. China's petroleum strategic reserve system began to brewing in 1993 and began to prepare for construction in 2003. China's petroleum reserve base has planned three periods in total. Its reserve arrangement is 10 million ~ 12 million tons in the first period, 28 million tons in the second phase and 28 million tons in the third period. The first phase has been completed, and the second and third phases are in the planning and construction stage. Because of its advantages such as less occupation, less investment, less loss, less pollution, low operating and management cost, high safety performance and fast loading and unloading speed, groundwater seal depot has become the preferred form of national petroleum reserve. The construction of China's petroleum strategic reserve is proceeding rapidly and orderly. The second and third periods of oil reserve are basically underground caverns, some of which have completed the planning and location selection, ready for construction or under construction. However, there are still a large number of underground water sealing caverns need to be built in the second and third period. This paper begins with the study of the principle and location of underground water reservoir sealing, and selects seismic intensity, regional fault zone, maximum horizontal ground stress, stratigraphic lithology, groundwater depth, average annual rainfall and distance from large wharf. Eight evaluation indexes, such as distance from large refineries, were used to evaluate the location of underground water seal reservoir. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to establish the hierarchical structure model and calculate the weight. Finally, the GIS space superposition technique combined with weighted summation is used to realize the comprehensive analysis and evaluation, and then the basic functions of GIS are used to realize the visual expression of the results. The research area of this paper is the east coastal area of our country, and the suitability evaluation of the research area has been carried out. The specific research results are as follows: (1) the macro location evaluation index system of underground water seal hole reservoir is constructed. (2) Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to construct the hierarchical model and calculate the weight of the macro site selection of the underground water seal reservoir, and the comprehensive evaluation is carried out by using the method of GIS space superposition analysis. (3) according to the results of suitability evaluation, the suitability of database construction in the study area is divided into four grades: suitable reservoir area, more suitable reservoir area, basically suitable reservoir area, and unsuitable reservoir area. (4) the zoning map of the suitability of database construction in the eastern coastal areas of China is generated, and the distribution of different suitability grades can be clearly seen from the map. (5) in the analysis of the results of the analysis and evaluation, the statistical built or selected caverns are located in the suitable reservoir area and the more suitable reservoir area, which shows the rationality of the research method and the evaluation results of the paper.
