西北太平洋热带气旋检索分析WebGIS开发研究
[Abstract]:China is one of the countries most seriously affected by tropical cyclone disasters. The meteorological departments at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the regularity of tropical cyclone activities. The analysis and prediction of tropical cyclones play a guiding role in disaster prevention and mitigation in China. With the development of WebGIS technology and the enhancement of public service awareness, researchers have put forward more requirements for the research and use of tropical cyclone data. The public also has higher requirements for sharing and publishing the information of tropical cyclones and other disastrous weather, so it is of great significance to establish a tropical cyclone retrieval WebGIS system for the research and service of tropical cyclones. Flex is an efficient open source cross-platform development framework. It not only has the powerful function of C / S system, but also has the characteristics of easy access of B / S system. REST is one of the most popular rich client technologies. REST is a new style of Internet software architecture, which abstracts all Web services into resources. Therefore, WebGIS with REST style architecture will reduce the coupling degree of the system and improve the extensibility of the system. Based on the theoretical research and practical application, according to the characteristics of the tropical cyclone spatial data, such as magnanimity, distribution, archiving and strong time series, based on GIS spatial data management and analysis technology, this paper adopts REST architecture and Flex rich client technology. A "WebGIS system for tropical cyclone retrieval in the Northwest Pacific Ocean" is developed. The system provides multi-source data retrieval and analysis functions and improves the capability of tropical cyclone disaster reduction prevention. The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows: firstly, the application status of GIS in tropical cyclone is analyzed, and Flex technology is used in client presentation layer. The server-side software adopts REST style architecture to develop tropical cyclone WebGIS system. The system not only has the powerful business analysis function of professional desktop system, but also has the characteristics of Web system's ease of use, which can meet the functional needs of different users. Secondly, the storage characteristics and updating rules of massive meteorological observation data are studied. The program of converting meteorological data to GIS data is developed by using ArcEngine secondary development module to ensure the integrity and timeliness of the system data. The sliced REST service of meteorological data is developed by using ASP.NET technology. The client can load all kinds of meteorological observation data in real time and quickly, so that the data can be shared quickly. Thirdly, a tropical cyclone retrieval WebGIS system is developed, which integrates query and analysis, data superposition display and GIS map making to provide data and map service for business personnel and the public.
