【摘要】:本文采用TPTZ法测定了2010年冬季东海48个站位海水中溶解单糖(MCHO)、溶解多糖(PCHO)和溶解总糖(TCHO)的浓度,并对其水平分布和PN断面9个站位的垂直分布特征进行了研究。结果表明,表层海水中MCHO、PCHO与TCHO的平均浓度和范围分别为3.8(0.7~14.9)、6.9(1.1~20.8)和10.7(3.0~25.0)μmol C/L。水平分布大致呈现由近岸向外海递减的趋势,但是高值区各有不同,受各种水团如长江冲淡水、台湾暖流和黑潮的作用明显。冬季东海陆架海区海水垂直混合强烈,MCHO、PCHO及TCHO浓度分布在垂直方向上无明显规律,均在混合层(0~100 m)出现高值区分布。对长江口3个断面碳水化合物和环境因子的相关性研究表明,TCHO与温度、盐度均呈现显著的线性负相关,MCHO与叶绿素a(Chl a)呈现显著的线性正相关关系。
[Abstract]:The East China Sea in winter 2010 dissolved monosaccharides 48 stations in seawater were determined by TPTZ (MCHO), dissolved polysaccharide (PCHO) and dissolved carbohydrate (TCHO) concentration, and the vertical distribution of the horizontal distribution and PN section of 9 stations were studied. The results showed that the surface of sea water is MCHO, the average the concentration and range of PCHO and TCHO were 3.8 (0.7~14.9), 6.9 (1.1~20.8) and 10.7 (3.0~25.0) mol C/L. level distribution is presented by the open sea decreasing trend, but the high value areas are different, affected by various water masses such as the Yangtze River diluted water, Taiwan warm current and the Kuroshio effect in the East China Sea in winter. In the continental shelf sea strong vertical mixing, MCHO, PCHO and TCHO concentration had no obvious regularity in the vertical direction, both in the mixed layer (0~100 m) high value area distribution. Research on the relationship between the 3 sections of the Yangtze River Estuary carbohydrates and environmental factors showed that temperature and TCHO There is a significant linear negative correlation between the salinity and the linear positive correlation between MCHO and chlorophyll a (Chl a).
