【摘要】：为了研制国产系列高效反渗透海水淡化高压泵产品并实现产业化,应用国家科技支撑课题最新技术,结合当前世界海水淡化高压泵制造技术的发展新趋势,并根据实际使用中的性能要求,通过从总体结构、轴向力平衡装置、轴承润滑方式、耐磨材料等入手,进行了大量的研制、试制及试验工作.并针对目前现有产品存在的问题和品种较单一的状况,研制开发了满足日产5 000,10 000,15 000 t淡水的海水淡化装置的3种规格高压泵产品,经生产、试验及用户使用结果表明,该系列高效高压泵产品的性能指标已达到目前国际上同类产品的技术水平.
[Abstract]:In order to develop a series of efficient domestic reverse osmosis desalination high-pressure pump products and realize industrialization, the new application of national science and technology support projects, with the new development trend of high pressure pump manufacturing technology in the world of desalination, and according to the performance requirements in the practical use, from the overall structure, the axial force balance device, lubrication, starting wear resistant materials, have done a lot of research, trial and test work. Aiming at the problems of existing products and varieties of a single production situation, developed to meet Nissan 000,10 5 000,15 000 t water desalination unit of 3 kinds of high pressure pump products, the test results, and use that performance the index series of high pressure pump products has reached the international technical level of similar products.
