珊瑚混凝土梁抗弯性能试验研究

【摘要】:珊瑚混凝土是以珊瑚砂石为骨料,采用海水拌和的新型海洋混凝土,对于推进我国海洋工程建设有重大作用。通过与普通混凝土构件进行对比,研究了钢筋珊瑚混凝土梁和CFRP筋珊瑚混凝土梁的抗弯性能,结果显示钢筋珊瑚混凝土梁与普通钢筋混凝土梁的开裂、变形、抗弯承载力等性能均接近,具有良好的工程适用性。CFRP筋和珊瑚混凝土具有良好的协同工作性能,CFRP筋珊瑚混凝土梁的抗弯承载力比按现行FRP规范计算的结果低5%~10%。现有普通混凝土和FRP规范进行适当调整后可用于钢筋珊瑚混凝土和CFRP珊瑚混凝土的设计计算。
[Abstract]:Coral concrete is a new type of marine concrete which uses coral sand and stone as aggregate and is mixed with seawater, which plays an important role in the construction of marine engineering in China. The flexural properties of reinforced coral concrete beams and CFRP reinforced coral concrete beams are studied. The results show that the cracking, deformation and flexural bearing capacity of reinforced coral concrete beams and ordinary reinforced concrete beams are close to each other. It has good engineering applicability. CFRP bars and coral concrete have good cooperative working performance. The flexural bearing capacity of CFRP reinforced coral concrete beams is 5 10% lower than that of the current FRP code. The existing normal concrete and FRP codes can be used in reinforced coral concrete and corals after appropriate adjustment. Design calculation of CFRP coral concrete.
